For this dog sweater, we partnered with a company that provides a link between artisans and the marketplace. The sweater is made by the Quechua Indians of South America. Handmade, each is one of a kind, knit from the wool of largely free-range sheep, dyed with all-natural plant dye. 100% wool. Imported.

Too Small in Neck Odered both the medium and large for our 25 punf Aussie Doodle. She is not a huge dog but is big through the chest so wasn't sure what size would work. You can't get either one over her head. The way the knitting is finished off at the head leaves no room for flexibility (there is no stretch) I don't know what size dog it would fit on but not this girl. Also the wool is very cheap and rough to the touch.... December 4, 2012
On the small side and very rough to the touch I purchased this sweater for my dog, a 52 pound hound. I measured her back as instructed (she was 21 inches) and ordered a large. I was very excited when it arrived as the colors are just as nice as the picture. However, it did not fit. It was definitely long enough, but it was a very tight fit for her head and front legs. I also felt that the band that went around her belly was tight and it didn't cover as much as the picture shows. The feel of the sweater was very rough. As she is short haired dog she needs something softer and that has more coverage. October 25, 2012
