Not worth the money
I have been ordering this pillow for years, and I think they recently changed the way they make this one. It used to have great support for 6 months, and the last few times I've ordered this pillow, it's started to get lumpy and lose support within 3 weeks. There no longer seems to be a chamber inside this pillow. It was worth the money, but it no longer is. I will never order this pillow again.

excellent pillow
I love this pillow. It is firmer than the all pureloft pillow, but still soft and downlike. It does get softer as it ages, but is never lumpy.

not what I had hoped for
I was looking for a non-down pillow with support, and was really pleased when these first arrived (purchased 2). We used them for several months, and then noticed that the support was lacking and the pillows seemed to have become lumpy. I put them in the spare bedroom after that and replaced them with pillows from another mail order company and have since been pleased. Later a friend recommended I contact Lands End to see what they recommended or if they could provide any assistance. As usual, they were very friendly and I was provided with instructions on how to wash the pillows. I followed the directions exactly, and the pillows came out worse off than before. Not sure what happened to the inner chamber - ithey just feel now like lumpy, clumpy pillows. I've never had issues with pillows before, and am familiar with washing down, and non-down pillows - just wasn't impressed. I was never offered the opportunity to return them and at the cost of shipping, it would not be worth the expense. Love Lands End products in the past, and have purchased numerous Home items from this site, these pillows were just a disappointment unfortunately.
