Highly recommended!! Awesome blanket, but the Crème Brulee color is different than displayed.
This is a beautiful, high quality blanket. But, the Crème Brulee color definitely has a yellow tint to it instead of being a sold light tan color, as shown in the online images. Nevertheless, I?m keeping it since it still goes with the bedding ensemble I have.

When I first opened the package this blanket came in, my first thought was, "It's too thin, it will never work." Then I decided to try it out on the bed anyway. My next thought was, "It's perfect, I'm never taking it off the bed." It's light, it's more than adequate size-wise for our queen size bed, and it's warm. Definitely glad I purchased it!

Happy with it but wish it fit a Queen bed better
I bought this in Full/Queen size in August 2011 and have been using it ever since it arrived. Overall, am very happy with the blanket. Knocking a star off only because it really is for a Full bed and not a Queen bed. Do not get good coverage on a Queen bed with two people sharing it.
I use this blanket as the 'bedspread'. (Another reason I wish it were better suited for a Queen bed rather than a Full.) Absolutely love the look/style of it.
The blanket is easy to wash/dry (front loader washer). Not a thick blanket, but I think that helps for it to maintain its crisp look. It has maintained its look and feel through multiple washings. I have not experienced the pilling issue that others have reported. (Thank goodness!) Have not noticed any shrinkage either.
During non-winter months, it is the only blanket on the bed. I do find that the blanket gets too warm for me and that I end up kicking off my half of it during the night. And, yet, it is not warm enough to use solely during the winter.
Would I buy this again? Yes, but would probably buy it in King size and would hope it wouldn't be too big for a Queen bed.
4 stars out of 5

loved these, I have these at the cottage and home.
I have had no problems with the filling coming out. I do wash them on a delicate cycle. Instead of one king for a king sized bed, I use two twins. This allows for more flexibility for my husband and myself.

Warm but filling comes out
This blanket is warm, but like the other reviews say, the filling comes out and its almost like the blanket has little fuzzies all over it
The filling gets all over sheets and on the rug. I order from Lands End often and am very disappointed with the quality of this blanket.

nice size but fills the room with the filling of the blanket
This blanket has a true size but the filling(feather like) comes out and everything in the room becomes covered with feathers.Very disapponted. This is way too expensive, would expect much better.if you truley stood by your products, you should pull this product and offer refunds, It is defective. I order from lands end almost montly. Thanks

Heavy pilling, not comfy, but good weight & fit
I got the sycamore brown colored blanket in Queen/Full (we have a full/double antique bed) & it is a great size, and a good all-weather weight. However, I cannot recommend the blanket because of the excessive pilling - my husband sat on it the other day & had fuzzies all over his pants. Additionally, the fabric is durable & washable, but is not a cozy texture & is a little noisy, similar to a nylon product. I've washed & dried it twice since it's recent purchase; the pilling & texture haven't improved.

A superb alternative to down
We've had our Pureloft blanket for 3 winters - an excellent choice if you're allergic to down. I've washed it with excellent results each time. It's light weight, has kept it's shape.

Loved it! Until all the filling came out.
We got this blanket in a King Size, color White for our main bed. It was beautiful when it got here, and I loved the stitching detail. I thought it was a bit weird when I got underneath the blanket, and with the overhead light on, I could see all the stuffing bunched up in each stitched triangle/square, but chalked it up to it being a white blanket.
After a couple of weeks, it started pilling. Not only did it pill, but it pilled a tan/khaki color. The filling was coming out. I waited a few more weeks, and it just got worse and worse, and got on our sheets and pillowcases and top comforter. I tried to wash it, and it didn't help at all. I even got my Dyson out and vacuumed it, and to be honest, it was just too much effort. I took it back to the local Sears for a full refund after 90 days. Thank goodness for Lands' End return policy. I'm sad that I had so many problems, as I feel that Lands' End makes such good products. Apparently not this time. :-(
