You’ll need your 16-digit Gift Card number and 8-digit PIN code. When you receive your plastic Gift Card, scratch off the PIN box to see your number. For online orders, just enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the appropriate fields when you check out. When purchasing from our catalogs, the Customer Sales Representative will ask you for your Gift Card number and PIN code. At Lands’ End®, Sears®, or Kmart® retail stores, redeem the plastic Gift Card or a printed version of your E-Gift Card by presenting it to the Sales Associate.
What is a Lands’ End Gift Card?
A Lands’ End® Gift Card comes in two forms: a wallet-size plastic card and an electronic E-Gift Card. A Gift Card works like a debit card and can be applied to any Lands’ End® purchase up to the amount for which it was issued, including all merchandise, shipping charges, taxes or special services like monogramming and gift boxing. It’s a can’t-miss gift that allows recipients to pick out exactly what they want!
Plastic Gift Cards are available in designs for all occasions and presented in an attractive packet and mailed via USPS. E-Gift Cards are also available in many designs and delivered via e-mail.
Where can I purchase a Lands’ End® Gift Card?
Lands’ End® Gift Cards can be purchased at landsend.com, by phone (800-800-5800), or in Lands’ End®, Sears® and Kmart® retail stores.
Can I redeem a Sears® or Kmart® Gift Card at Lands’ End?
Yes! Sears® and Kmart® Gift Cards can be redeemed at landsend.com, by phone, or in Lands’ End® retail stores. You’ll need your 16-digit Gift Card number and 8-digit PIN. (Sorry. We cannot accept Sears® or Kmart® Gift Cards that do not have the 8 digit PIN or Kmart® cards that have a 19-digit account number.)
How do I choose the gift-card design I want?
There is a gallery with many appealing designs to choose from, with something appropriate for every occasion. Select the one(s) you want and order online or let our Customer Sales Representative know which one(s) you’d like by referring to the design name.
Can more than one method of payment be applied toward a purchase?
Yes. Any combination of Lands’ End®, Sears®, and Kmart Gift Cards and/or credit card may be applied toward your purchase.
Where can I use the Lands’ End® Gift Card?
You can use the plastic Gift Card for purchases at landsend.com, with a phone order, and in Lands’ End®, Sears® and Kmart® retail stores. The E-Gift Card may be used the same as a plastic gift card (please present a printed version for purchases at Lands’ End®, Sears®, and Kmart® retail stores).

How long does it take to deliver a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Plastic Gift Cards are sent via USPS First Class Mail generally within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery (add an extra day or two during the holidays). You can upgrade your shipping option any time to Express UPS or Express UPS a.m. for a fee. E-Gift Cards are sent via e-mail and generally arrive in the recipient’s in-box within 4 hours.
How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
You can check your Gift Card balance online any time at landsend.com. Just look for the Check Gift Card Balance link on our Gift Card page (this link may be used to check the balance of Sears® and Kmart® Gift Cards as well). You can also check your Gift Card balance at any Lands’ End®, Sears®, orKmart® retail store, and by calling our automated Gift Card hotline 24-hours a day: 1-888-816-7040.
Do Lands’ End® Gift Cards ever expire?
No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card, it will not expire. You can spend it anytime. And unlike some other companies, we do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
How do I return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card?
The same way you return all other Lands’ End® merchandise. If you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue a new plastic Gift Card for the amount of the refund. If your purchase was made using a Sears® or Kmart® Gift Card, we will issue a Lands’ End® Gift Card for the amount of the refund.
What happens if I accidentally delete the e-mail message that contained an E-Gift Card?
Give us a call at 1-888-462-4704, and we’ll resend the e-mail.

Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?
We will replace a lost or stolen Gift Card if you have the card number OR can provide the name of the purchaser and the intended recipient. Please call 1-888-462-4704 to report your missing card. If you purchased the card from a Land’ End®, Sears®, or Kmart® retail store, the card number will be on the receipt. Unfortunately, without the appropriate customer information or proof of purchase, we cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
How can I be sure that the E-Gift Card I sent has been received?
To be certain an E-Gift Card has been received, please check with the recipient. Most E-Gift Cards are delivered successfully within 4 hours of your order. However, as with all e-mail, a number of factors could prevent a card from being delivered to a recipient’s in-box. A full in-box, an invalid e-mail address or a spam filter can prevent an E-Gift Card from reaching its intended recipient. If we are notified that an E-Gift Card has not been delivered, we will issue a new card.
Can I add to the balance remaining on my Gift Card?
Not at this time.
When is my Gift Card activated?
Your card is activated when you receive it. You don’t have to call us to start using it!

General Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards can be issued for any amount between minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $500.
The plastic Gift Card is sent in a packet that includes the name of the sender, the name of the recipient, the amount of the card and optional gift message. Gift boxing is not currently available for Gift Cards.
There is no charge for shipping the Gift Card packet by Priority Mail, which normally takes 3-4 business days (please allow an extra day or two during the holiday season). You can select UPS Next Day; you'll be charged only for the upgrade.
What if I still have a Lands’ End® Gift Certificate. Can I redeem it now?
Yes. You can still redeem a Lands’ End Gift Certificate over the phone or at Lands’ End Inlets. Unfortunately, they are not redeemable online at landsend.com or at Sears® or Kmart® stores.
What if I spend only part of the amount of the Gift Certificate and still have a balance on it?
If the balance on your Gift Certificate is:
a. $5.00 or greater - we’ll send you a Gift Card for the amount*
b. $1.00-$5.00 - we’ll send you a check for the amount*
c. Less than $1.00 ? no refund will be issued
Gift Cards and checks will be sent to your billing address.
Gift Card vs. Gift Certificate – What’s the difference?
The Lands’ End® Gift Card is plastic and looks like a credit card. It has both a 16-digit Gift Card number and an 8-digit PIN number on the back to use for redemption. Prior to the introduction of Gift Cards, we issued Gift Certificates, which are paper and look like a birth certificate. It has an 8-digit number on the front to use for redemption. Although we no longer issue Lands’ End® Gift Certificates, we still accept them.
