Horrible quality control- ok if you win the padding lottery Had two pairs of these. Padding spotty and/or missing from area of small toe on both shoes of one pair, ok on one one shoe of the other pair. Without padding it is like sandpaper and will grind the skin off the outer top side of your small toe in about 15-20 min of walking. Recovery took me about a week (bandaids and/or tape around the toe can make it possible to wear shoes for a while despite the injury). You can order 3-5 sets and hope to find one good left and one good right shoe, return the rest. Probably not worth the bother though. The previous landsend generation of these (slightly different style) did not have this defect- the were comfortable and usable for the intended purpose. November 12, 2012
Killed my feet I bought these for our vacation when we go tubing. They KILLED my feet from the first time I wore them. I got blisters on the backs of my heals and also on my pinkee toes. Would not recommend. November 5, 2012
great idea, light water shoe light, good traction on wet surfaces. I ordered 10-1/2 Wide, which is what i normally wear, and think the fit is to snug. October 30, 2012
Insole with perforated drain holes; drains water fast and lets water in too! I suppose this should be obvious for anything that says it has "insole with perforated drain holes", but it didn't dawn on me until I stepped in a puddle. I was wearing socks with them as I was "trekking around town". The socks help wick the water away from the puddle, through the perforated drain holes and into my shoe. This was not the desired effect I was looking for and the shoes were no longer "comfortable" . They are now reserved for barefoot days when I plan on getting wet. IMO, they look better in the picture than on my feet. September 28, 2012
