Looks and feels great.
Looks and feels more like wool than cotton. I orginally ordered a men's 42 but sleeves were long and returned it for a 41. Can't comment yet on durabiity but seems very well made - fully lined.

Nice feel; fit too big
Other reviews were pretty accurate. The coat had a very nice color and a soft feel along with a wool-like look. However I ended up returning it in spite of a great discount price because the size 38 was big on me, especially the sleeves. I'd consider taking it to a tailor but as the other reviewers noted the fabric is surprisingly stiff. That might go away with some breaking in.

Looks good and the fabric gives it a good hand!
I was very impressed with the apparent quality. I did find the sleeves somewhat tight - could be the lining - and I was surprised to see that I had to have the sleeves taken up a bit, but that was a minor problem. the colour fits with many of my other Lands End purchases so somebody did their homework on this one!

Quality is much higher then the price would should suggest.
The jacket has the feel of one $300 more expensive. The material is is so smooth and fits so soft.

Another great fitting Land's End Jacket
The last Land's End Sportcoat I got was a few years back and fit so well I decided to try my luck again. This Olive and Burgundy windowpane fits as well as the other jacket and is the same excellent build and great choice of material.

Very versatile.
Bought this for my husband and found that it can go with nearly all of the pants and shirts in his closet. Very nice feeling fabric and a good fit.

Nice fabric, poorly cut sleeves
The sleeves were too tight and a bit long. I ended up returning this jacket.

Hard to believe it's not wool
My husband could not believe that this was the cotton jacket - probably the only give-away is it is so tightly woven, that the drape is a tad stiffer than his wool suit and sport coats (I'm sure that it will loosen up with wear).
