Great shirt, wish the collar was cut longer
I ordered the 15.5" neck, 32" sleeve Lands' End Men's Traditional Fit Solid No Iron Supima Pinpoint Straight Collar Dress Shirt to compare it to the size 15.5" neck, 32/33" sleeve Men's Wearhouse Joseph & Feiss White Point Collar Dress Shirt. I wear these shirts with a suit coat on Sundays and without a suit coat on weekdays. Overall, the cut and fit of the Lands' End shirt was excellent. I learned that though my actual fit is closer to a 32" sleeve, with a suit coat a 33" sleeve presents a better looking cuff. With a suit coat I typically do not wear a button-down collar, and I was disappointed with the cut of the Lands' End collar compared to the Joseph & Feiss collar. The collar on the Lands' End shirt does not rest under the lapel as much - this is due to a shorter collar cut, particularly on the angle and the length of the point. Out of the wash, both non-iron shirts were equal in appearance -- definitely wearable, but both could use touch up with an iron for a crisper, smoother look with good sleeve creases.

Nice shirt but nothing generous about the cut
I am 6'2" and weigh 230. Not fat, just bigger than most. I usually buy 16.5/36 from Brooks Brothers and the fit is fine. The price point on the Land's End shirt was lower so I wanted to check them out. I am sure the shirt is a good one but the fit was way to slim for me. The description said a "generous cut" but it was not. Land's End makes a good product but maybe not for larger frame folks imho. The shirt seemed well made but I gave it three stars because the fit was not as described.

Short a button
I have bought these shirts during the last five years and have enjoyed them. However when I ordered it a few weeks ago I noticed that instead of having two extra buttons sewn into the shirt, it now has only one. I used the two extra buttons to add an extra button on the sleeves for a better fit. With these shirts I had to remove the sleeve button and move it. Shame on Lands End to save a few cents on each shirt. What will you do next?

Nice shirt but not no iron
I'd say minimum iron. It just doesn't look crisp enough coming straight from the dryer

Great Shirt, but not wrinkle resistant
Shirt fits great and is true to size, but I would not call this a no iron shirt. Shirt does require a bit of ironing to look its best. Other than the wrinkles, looks great and I would recommend to others.

High Quality Shirt
Have purchased many of these shirts over the years and they are 1st class shirts at bargain prices. Fit and sizing is right on and they last for a long time. I use the cleaners for laundering and pressing but they seem OK out of the wash with an iron. Highly recommend them.

Excellent shirt
I prefer the straight collar to the button down, and this is one of the best I've found. Cloth is soft to the touch, and the size is true. Shirt is easy to wash and goes into the dryer after. No wrinkles and no worries after hanging. (Just don't use softener sheets in the dryer; the chemical can reduce the wrinkle free capability.)

Good quality, some issues with collar shrinkage
I've generally been pleased with the 15-20 lands end straight collar no iron dress shirts I have purchased.
The traditional fit is cut in a slimmer style than a traditional fit shirt from say, Brooks Brothers or Joseph Banks. The fit is more comparable to the Nordstrom's traditional fit no-iron shirt. I find the fuller cut shirts like BB and JB too blousy through the midsection, but not so much that I can pull off wearing a slim fitting shirt from either brand.
I have a couple of criticisms of these lands end shirts:
1) I have found that after a few cleanings the collars tend to shrink
2) I find the shirt tails a little too short
3) I wish the straight collar was somewhat longer

It's not Non-Iron
I purchased some non-iron shirts off of the recommendation of a website that reviews men's clothing. There was a "Top 5 non-iron Dress Shirts" list and Land's End was on the list. I thought these were a decent price so I took a chance. Please take my advice and pass. These shirts come out of the wash looking like I just took them out of my glove box. Spend a few extra bucks and go for a Charles Tyrwhitt or Brooks Brothers non-iron shirt. These two shirts are what I've always purchased and they are exceptional.

Very nice quality
I was very pleased with the quality of this shirt. This is a fairly heavy weight fabric. May not be all that comfortable in the heat/humidity of summer, but it is great for all other seasons. Has all the indicators that it will last a long time. My wife says I have a pencil neck (16.5) and Orangutang arms (37) and the ability to order it down to the half inch on the neck and exactly to the length of my arm is awesome. The shirt fits as indicated, no complaints. The shirt size held up after washing.
