Traditional Fit Flannel-lined Chinos
Several earlier reviews say these fit small in the waist. I didn't find that to be true in my pair; the waist sizing is exactly right (the same as unlined LE chinos). These pants do seem just a bit more snug in the seat than LE regular chinos, but just a slight bit. The ordered length is bang-on too. Insofar as the reported wrinkles are concerned, this is not a "no iron" product and they are all cotton, so some wrinkling can be expected, out of the dryer. The pants have nice casual but heavy-duty touches, such as double needle seams inside the legs, along the zipper and in the rear. The pockets are nicely reinforced also. Most importantly, the flannel lining is soft and warm. I really can't offer a downside to these chinos, especially considering the sale price!

Great pants for cold weather.
Classic chinos that fit well, with the heft and warmth of flannel lining.
Perfect for weather in the 30s or 40s.
In freezing temperature (20s, 10s, and below), I wear these together with the Thermaskin™ Heat Midweight Base Layer Pants, and I am warm and comfortable.

Wrinkles
These pants do not laundry well and wrinkled worse than any other lined pants I have ever worn. I was surprised by this as other Land's End lined pants have worn and laundered well.

Very warm and wind blocking
I bought these to battle the cold wind while waiting for my commuter train on a platform outside and they really make a difference compared to standard chinos. Also very comfortable on the 1 mile walk to the office from the train station downtown.
I do find the fit a little small and tighter than I had hoped. I was hoping for a slightly more relaxed fit, but overall I am pleased with these.

Too many wrinkles - no sign of any concern about appearence. Difficult to tailor.
Wanted something warm (lined) that looked decent. Not expecting formal wear, but cetainly something better looking than this. There were too many wrinkles and no sign that ironing might make more than a temporary improvement.
Too big in the waist and the construction of the pants would not allow these to be easily taken in. There was no break in the waistband - it was all one piece. Also, no extra material in the seat if it had to be taken out.
Please make pants the old fashioned way - with some flexibility to be taken out or in - or perhaps use the new flexible/stretch waistband approach. These pants had neither.

Wonderful fabric, inside and out, but . . .
. . . the fit is very small, especially the waist. I ordered these along with an unlined pair of chinos, both 34" waist sizes, and the lined pair feels more like a 32" waist. That said, the pants are so comfortable I'm exchanging them for the same in a 36" waist.

Good pants
Fit well, not tight around the butt as sometimes happens when I buy pants that fit at the waist. Good quality. Look much better than other brands of lined chinos.
