5-pcket colored jeans
My husband found the pants to be too long and bit large around the waist. I will be returning them for a smaller/shorter size.
He did like the color and style.

Very Satifsfied with Quality, Fit, Customer Service, Ordering Experience
I really admire Lands' End and think they are a great company. They have sales periodically, with free shipping offers, have great customer service, a great website, and who else can you buy from that allows you to take any returns to Sears, instead of expecting you to pay for return shipping.
I ordered two pairs a few weeks ago, when Lands' End had a sale, with a free shipping offer, that I didn't quite qualify for (I was a few dollars short), but using their website, it gave me free shipping anyway. I am very satisfied with these jeans, which I wouldn't have ordered without getting free shipping, so I figure I owe it to them to take the time to write an honest, favorable review.
What a pleasant surprise I had when I got into their website today to write my review, only to discover different colors of these same jeans on sale for a very good price. I just ordered three more pairs, so now I will have them in five non-standard blue-jeans colors. Levis, which I normally buy, do not over the same color selection, and sizes that Lands' End offers.
I ordered my new pairs in the exact same size I ordered before, which I based on sizes of other jeans companies, like Levis. I have some Levi 505 jeans in waist 38", that are a little big. I also have a pair of Levis 517 in waist 38", which are about the right size for me right now. I wear an inseam size 30" for these Levi jeans, which is about right, but maybe just a little bit short. So, I ordered waist 37" and inseam 30.5", and they are just want I wanted, a perfect fit. Both of the Lands' End pairs I already have seem to be exactly identical in size, so I am expecting my new pairs to be likewise.

Major changes
I've been purchasing LA jeans for over decade now and have been extremely satisfied with the fit, robust material and price point. However LA has changed the material to softer and thinner feel that lacks the robust traditional jeans feel. The fit has changed dramatically with the waist being an inch or more shorter on the straight leg and unnecessarily deep pockets with the traditional fit. Plus the cost has almost doubled. Perhaps LA is responding to the move towards designer jeans but I think they missed the boat.

Loved Them!
I received these jeans as a Christmas present from my wife. They fit perfectly. I loved the weight of the fabric and the smooth texture. I will be purchasing more of these and definitely recommend them.

Fit is perfect; tailoring is perfect; look is fine!
I love these jeans. I bought the stone gray color and they fit great. They look good, too. And, the denim is soft. I like them so much, I just ordered 2 more pair: one in loden and one in navy. I have 29" inseam and have trouble finding jeans in that size. They look like any pair of Levi's or the like. Except, they're more soft and comfortable.

Last time the jeans were sized large now they are smaller so I had to send my first order back.
You changed the jeans they don't have that elastic band like the last 5 pocket jeans I bought. Acutally I liked that feature and I wouldn't mind if you put it back in. I like that you have custom inseams, no other mail order catalog has that, please keep that. So just keep them the high quality that you have.
