Description

Special heat technology provides superior warmth.

  • Innovative fabric generates heat by absorbing body moisture
  • Breathable piqué fabric wicks moisture to keep you dry
  • Feels soft and smooth on your skin
  • Antimicrobial to help fight odor

Anyone who spends a lot time outdoors in the winter knows a good base layer is crucial for comfort in cold weather. This high-performance fabric* not only traps your body’s heat but actually generates heat by absorbing body moisture. It also wicks perspiration away from your skin to the outer surface of the garment so you stay dry underneath. Our Midweight Thermaskin™ Heat Mock also has plenty of give to keep up with active pursuits. *Heat technology is guaranteed for approximately 30 washes. 100% polyester. Machine wash. Imported.

Love it! Great when riding my motorcycle! May 28, 2013
"heat generating" feature is two edged sword The "heat generating" feature is a plus when it's cold but if you are warm enough to be sweating then perhaps you don't want your base layer to be generating more heat ("generates heat by absorbing body moisture"). Was skiing yesterday - day started cold but quickly warmed... I was roasting (until I was able to shed a layer in the lodge)! So you might want to avoid it for "spring skiing" conditions when you need its wicking ability. Also, my "small" (34-36) is very roomy even though I nominally wear a 37, particularly the sleeve length is longer than I expected. Can't imagine what a person with a true 34" chest would do. Not too tight. Some of these base layers are really tight to the skin. This shirt can actually just be worn as a shirt, but it is extra warm under a sweater or jacket. December 12, 2012
