Bad quality
Bad quality white shirts, almost transparent, no iron logo is false, it must be ironed!

Perfect fit
I got three of these dress shirts for work and they are great! The sizing was perfect and the no iron was true. At the end of the day the shirt looks fresh as it did in the morning. It went great with my suits. I recommend this fine product.

Poor quality finishing, white one still needs ironing + beware of new monogram styles
Every seam on this shirt had multiple threads sticking out, and the neck seam was unravelling before I even laundered it. The white fabric is very crinkly even when removed from the dryer promptly (the blue ones came out better). I have been buying Land's End "No Iron" shirts since they were introduced, and the efficiency of the finish is inconsistent. And while I expect to trim the odd thread from a new shirt, this last one was sprouting so many in very conspicuous places (like front of the collar) that I returned it. Some of the new monogram styles (ie Modern Block) are so thick they are better suited for the fabric of a backpack then a fine dress shirt. The fabric puckers and the threads of the shirt are pulled. I real shame to wreck a new shirt with that!

Great shirt, runs small
We were looking for a replacement for another brand of shirts that my husband had worn for years, whose quality had dropped significantly in recent years. My husband measures an exact fit for a Land's End 16.5/35, and that is the size that he wears in other shirts, so that's the size that I ordered. These shirts however were tight across the chest and shoulders and the sleeves were too short. We re-ordered a half size larger and one inch longer 17/36 and they fit perfectly. The fabric feels great, still a dress weight shirt, but of a quality that I expect will last. I hung them immediately at the end of drying and ironing is not needed. My husband wears these daily to work.
