Great fit for us larger guys.
I own the 2XLTALL version of this coat and I couldn't be happier. Being 6'3" tall and 300lbs finding clothes that fit isn't always the easiest. This coat has the extra length in the sleeves and torso that you don't get elsewhere and fits really well across broader shoulders. Has that classic quilted workman jacket look in a dressed up package that makes it appropriate for a fancy night out with your special lady.
Thanks Land's End,
Steve

Great for this Cowgirl!
Excellent LE quality, non bulky insulation, easy to move in. I'm a 5'9" 200lbs. cowgirl and prefer menswear jackets in XL Regular, keeps the bum covered and warm, sleeves are long enough and there is ample room for extra layers underneath the coat. Bought this jacket in Umber, LOVE the color, matches my Buckskin horse that helps me with our work.

Warm Coat!
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it and says he doesn't feel the cold at all.

Gorgeous jacket for cold weather
The jacket (size M ordered) bought for my boyfriend has a nice shape and fits perfectly despite being a little bit big on the shoulders area (1.5 in too large on each side) however size S would have been too small as he has a belly (38-40 in). Anyway such jackets in winter are not made to be a tailored fit as it gives some more room for thick pullovers.
The appearance shows a good quality product and the warmth is perfect.
The rating 4 given is due to the absence of an internal pocket (e.g. to safely store the wallet) and a discrete/light hood hidden in the neck and accessible through a velcro or zipper (if it starts raining or snowing the head will not be protected).

Nice jacket with attractive and unique design
I am 5' 8" 160 lbs with athletic/slender build and ordered a small as I heard these jackets fit a little on the large side. I usually wear a medium in everything but I was glad I ordered the small in this jacket. It fits me pretty nicely but slightly tight in the chest if I would be wearing a bulky sweater underneath. Sleeves are a tiny bit too long but liveable. Length of this jacket is perfect for me as it covers my nice little butt perfectly! The one thing about this jacket that stood out is its quality material and construction. The color is also very nice (umber, which is similar to carhardt saddle brown but nicer and brighter) The jacket will need a bit of a break-in period as it is somewhat stiff. The corduroy trim and the low-sheen non-shiny and tough material make this jacket very attractive. Button snaps look great and work nicely. I can't wait until Spring as this is a Spring/Fall jacket here in the frozen north of Alberta, Canada. Overall I am satisfied with this comfy jacket.

Cut is a little large, but still a great jacket
This is a great looking jacket, not really a fan of quilt pattern but this particular style made it look good, including the extended backside. I'm surprised that it fit a little larger on me despite the fact I'm typically a large, it got me thinking what if I ordered a medium, would it fit better, but then I would not be able to layer underneath if I needed to for colder weather. It is surprisingly warm, did not need underlayers in colder weather, so for those who want a loose fit but still keep warm, this may be the jacket for you.

Nice Jacket slight flaws
The shoulders are really well cut but the jacket is beautiful and the brown accenting just gives it that classic look.

Weird fit on a slim figure
I bought this for my husband who is 5'10", 135 lbs. He is obviously slim, so I bought the Small size. While the jacket's fabric and stitching is all fine, the quilt pattern made the jacket too boxy on his slim frame. Also, the sleeves were very narrow between the elbow and wrist. He didn't feel like he could wear this comfortably over a slim dress shirt to work.
Maybe it would work better on a bigger/beefier man with skinny arms..?
