Description

Interlock is more substantial.

  • Interlock knit is denser, warmer than ordinary jersey knits
  • Still very light and layerable
  • Ideal for travel, commuting

Silk is light, layerable and one of nature's best insulators. It's also very breathable, so you won't overheat once you step inside. Lands' End® silk is made with an interlock knit, so it's much denser than ordinary jersey knits. Silk Pants have a covered elastic waist and rib-knit cuffs. Regular has 31 1/2" inseam, Tall has 33 1/2" inseam. 100% silk. Hand or machine wash. Imported.

Simply the best. Warm as toast yet you almost forget you're wearing them. My sister gave us some of these about ten years ago. WE are in the cattle business and are outside 365 days a year. We haven't found anything about them we would change over the years. There's been no reason to buy any other kind of "long-johns" because these fit perfectly, are thin enough to wear under the tightest jeans but still keep you warm in the worst of weather. We highly recommend these to anyone who spends long days outdoors in the cold January 7, 2012
Very nice... These fit me quite well. They are a bit thicker than the brand I have been wearing which is nice and are quite warm. I have no complaints. I hand wash them and that has worked well. January 9, 2013
these really will keep you warm. Based on the strength of other reviews, we decided to try these for wearing under blue jeans for outdoor cold winter nights. They really did keep my husband warm. And they wash well. January 7, 2013
Great for a guys who wears a sz 32-36 waist. My wife bought these for me. I've always silk long johns and these are perfect! January 5, 2013
Great look and feel, but stitching came apart immediately. These were very expensive (bought the crew, pants and socks), but returned them to a Sears Store the day after my husband wore them because the stitching couldn't wait to unravel...hahaha January 5, 2013
Nice product My husband and son are both tall. They both really like the product. Only issue is I think it will pick very easily. January 5, 2013
Excellent products I have been buying and using these silk long underwear for years. Very durable, warm and comfortable. December 23, 2012
Good winter long underwear I wear these for bike riding and general outdoor activity. This will be my 6th pair December 22, 2012
comfortable underlayer I bought several pairs of these for a trip to the UK in December. Wore them under lightweight quickdry pants both in town and on all day hikes in the 30s and 40s. I was never cold or uncomfortable. I could wash them in the evening, hang them up, and by morning they were dry. I now plan to wear these all winter. December 22, 2012
Fabric is too thin, the fit is good. I had bought these some years ago and loved 'em, so I ordered them again this year. I was glad to see the fit and design are the same as the ones I'd gotten previously, but I am sorely disappointed that they are half the weight. Literally, they are half the fabric weight of my old pair -- these are really light duty now. They're still better than nothing, so I am keeping them. But I'm really disappointed. December 21, 2012
