outer sole surface wears out and underlayer leaves dark marks on floor
I believe I purchased this product within the last two years. They are still in very good condition except for the outer layer of the sole. The outer smooth layer is wearing off and the underlayer leaves black marks on our light coloured kitchen floor. Not sure what the material is that is wearing off but I did not expect so much wear since purchasing and the black marks left behind simply mean I can't use them anymore.

terrible slipper, it fell apart after approx 3 years
if you are buying for only 1 year of use, it's a good slipper. I expected it to last for a while, after three winters...actually two winters, it started to come a part at the seams. the heels are completely worn through, I live in Atlanta and only wear Dec - Feb...so after three years of limited wear, they have fallen apart.

We are repeat purchasers for this item. My husband wears these out every year and I replenish them! Great fit, comfortable all year, excellent construction.

Nice slippers but they run small
I ordered these as a gift. Unfortunately, they were too small and we had to return them. They looked nice, but we won't have a chance to really evaluate them, as we were unable to get a larger size.

Addictive
These slippers are super comfortable, so much so that I stopped wearing my old reliables almost immediately. Because of the softness of the leather used for this moc, they may not hold up as well as some of the models with more leather; time will tell. But meanwhile, I don't care whether they last forever, since they feel so good now.

Good looking but they don't fit.
I tried them in my size and one full size larger. Both were too narrow.

My husband likes these....if he knew how much they were he'd want to return them. He isn't wearing them all the time, so I feel that they are good as I said in the review summary....but not great.

Could have been great
The quality of the slipper seems to be good (but not great). Stiching seems to be sturdy. I was expecting the sole to be a little thicker. I wouldn't wear these outside on a regular basis, especially over rough ground (but they are slippers after all). My real disappointment is the size. I ordered and received a size 12, but it seems at least one size smaller than that. I have worn other size 12's that were actually too big....with socks on! Like I said, these could have been great.

Toasty warm
But not big enough to wear with socks so far. I wear 8.5 wide or 9 in women's (and 7 in boys'!) but these men's size 8 are a snug fit without socks. I know the fleece will flatten, and real wool is so much nicer than the artificial fleece that gets kind of stinky...
