These khakis were just what we were looking for.
My son needed a new pair of khakis while away at college. He picked these out online, ordered them, and was able to wear them right out of the package to his sports banquet dinner. Quality and fabric is superb!

Good Product, good fit, however they arrived (all 5) in terrible condition.
I like the pants. However all 5 arrived in such a terrible wrinkled state that they had to go to the cleaners to be professionally pressed before they could be worn. They were not just wrinkled, they had creases and folds which could not be steamed or pressed out with any normal equipment.

Good pants
Good quality, good fit, good price. Nothing happened to these pants after washing, same smooth cotton and same color. In couple of words, just what I expected to buy from LE.

Pockets and fabric don't lend themselves to dressing up these chinos.
I ordered new chinos for my husband who has worn LE chinos for years. It was time for new chinos. The product keeps changing so you can't get exactly what you had -- I get this and appreciate the intent to continually improve the product. He wanted to chinos to dress up or down as described. Per his tastes, these are not a dress up variety. He doesn't like the pockets, said he couldn't (wouldn't) wear a blazer over those pockets. The fabric was not crisp. It was sueded, a more casual feel and, I think, would show more wear over the seams, etc. For myself, I didn't like the fact that there was not a full length pressed pleat. As always, a quality LE product, just doesn't work for my husband.

Wrinkle, wrinkle, and more wrinkles...
I purchased 60 pairs of these pants for a company tradeshow. Right out of the bag, they look good and feel like very well made pants. Then came the washing machine. Then came the shock. I have never seen so many wrinkles in a pair of pants in my life! They were washed and dried according to the directions.
So, before they can be worn, one must spend about 20 minutes trying to iron the wrinkles out. Just horrible. And you will not get the wrinkles out the way you would like...trust me. I'm sure I'll get an earful from my sales guys on the tradeshow floor.
They only way they can be worn without wrinkles is getting them dry cleaned. I would encourage LE to do some product testing before they charge $48.00 for a pair of casual khaki pants.

material feels very cheap & full of wrinkles after washing
Since the LE twill pants are no longer of the prior quality, I thought I would try the chino pants. I ordered 3 pairs of the No Iron chinos. These are probably the worst pants I have ever seen. After washing and drying as per the instructions, the pants were full of wrinkles and the original pant crease was no where to be found. The material is very cheap feeling and looking. These may have been great pants in the past but like the LE twill pants, the quality has decreased substantially.
These are being returned and my LE account cancelled after 30 years. A shame as you used to carry great products but unfortunately, the quality of most of your products as decreased to a very low level.

These pants were very disappointing. Fit snug. White pocket lining glaring.
After having ordered cords which fit well, we were surprised at how tight the fit was. They are also being returned because the white pocket lining on the navy pants was visible with the slightest movement. Quality pants should have matching pocket and waistband linings.

The quality of these pants is excellent, the color was true to the photo on the website, and the fit was spot on. Very fast delivery to Europe too!
