Great fit for a hard-to-fit man
I am so glad to find a pair of pants that fit my husband! he is very hard to fit and when you discontinued your flat front long rise twill pants I was so upset! Now we have a good fit, easy to wash and iron, look very professional. Thank you!!

big and tall need long rises too
Rise is not long enough on big sizes Please go back to the old sizing of three years ago. Over the years I've purchased at least 15 pair, but since the change I won't be back until they are right. I keep looking for them

Nope, not back yet
I so wanted to like these! As others have said, these aren't the pants they had 3 years ago. Maybe you'd be happy if you'd never had the one's they say they have duplicated. It's a step up from the failed remake of last year with some of the features returning like the French fly. But the fit is much snugger all around (although my wife says the old ones were too baggy - so somewhere in the middle would be great.) The zipper is better but not a fine dress pant zipper. But the biggest let down is the fabric. Nothing like the soft hand of the previous ones. Much coarser and stiffer. Some might say it's similar to a Dockers or other chino and heavier will last longer, but if I'm looking for a dress twill it should be a step up from a Dockers pair. I'm willing to pay the premium price LE is asking if they'd just give me the premium product they already had. These aren't worth it. I returned 4 pairs. I will be glad to ship you my one and only pair of the "good ones" to duplicate (I wish I would have gotten 3 more) as long as you promise to send me more of the "real" thing back!

Sizes run small and tight.
I returned these pants because they were too small and tight in the waist. Tight in the seat, too. Same size as I had ordered previously and those had fit just fine. Quality of the pants seemed fine, just be careful with sizing. I miss the 35" waist which in no longer available in the no-iron dress twills.

about 1 inch shorter in rise
I've been buying the comfort waist traditional fit dress twills for several years, but held off buying any last year because of the removal of the french fly and hook and bar waist fastener. While those two details are back I am very disappointed that the fit has been altered quite a bit. The rise has lost about an inch from the model a year before. There is no way I can wear these pants comfortably. The waistband doesn't clear my pelvis and doesn't come close to my waist. The long rise model is only available for 34 inch waists - too large for me. Having to return the pair I ordered.

RATHER DISAPPOINTED
I had high hopes for this pair of "comfort waist" pants. However, if/when I actually use the expansion of that "comfort waist" the white pocket lining shows up like a beacon in the night. If the pants were white, that might be OK. However, in a dark color(s) that I prefer, it simply is not acceptable.
The return process at a Lands' End store was easy and quick. So other than my time and disappointment no big loss.
