The typical poplin trouser with the wrong fit
the poplin looks good, the color is excellent; however, the fit is bad, too straight in the front the button and the metal clip are positioned in a way that does not allow any movement in the waist. It looks like it was cut for a different type of body that is not the one prevalent in USA and that was standard for Lands End before. The waist is a couple of inches to high, I do not fill comfortable; all your waist 36 fit me in the waist but not this one.

Small fit
I have a closet filled with only Land's End clothing. I ordered the same 33 inch waist I have on all of my other pants. These were very tight in the seat, compared with others, and I had to return them. (which was very simple)

Poor Quality
I agree with the prior review that the fit and quality of these pants are poor. I had previously ordered poplin pants from Lands' End which were of a very good quality. The large metal zipper and slightly tight fit make these pants less than expected. I am glad that I bought these on sale. I will search for other retailers for poplin pants in the future.

Inferior product
The zipper is a large metal one usually found on work pants or jeans. The fabric is coated so heavily with some no-iron chemical that it no longer feels like cotton. The pants arrived so wrinkled that it would have to be immediately dry-cleaned in order to be worn. One pant was so poorly sewn that there were puckers all the way down the front of the fly panel. I returned the pants for a refund. I am deeply saddened that Land's End products, which I have purchased for over 25 years, are now such inferior products. Bring back clothing made in the USA using good quality materials!

Pants are fine.. just small.
As the other reviews mentioned, these pants fit smaller than the other tailored fit Lands End pants I own. The material was what I was expecting, I had never ordered poplin pants from LE before, so I have nothing to compare too.

Poplin Pants
I actually like the pants. I am glad that I read that the pants are to be dry cleaned. They do wrinkle easy. I will see if once they get back from the cleaners if they are as wrinkled. Despite the wrinkling, I just run a warm iron over them, and they turn out just fine. The custom hemming was greatly appreciated as well. Saved me the hassle of trying to get it done on my own. The pants do fit a little tight, but not uncomfortably. Overall, a really nice product.

Poor quality fabric and tight fit
These are not my first pair of tailored fit Land's End pants, not will they be my last. But, I will not buy these again. The fabric was like newspaper, it looks and feels cheap and wrinkles easily. The fit around the waist sits low around the back and the pants feel tight and look unflattering. I will be returning these immediately for a different style of pants.

bad supplier
Please return to last year's supplier. Whoever you used this year, has provided a poor product with poor fit. I have bought 6 to 8 pairs of poplin pants from you, but have had to return these. Please take this under consideration and use who you have used in the past.
