  • Soft, 100% combed cotton corduroy
  • Wales locked into the W-weave

  • Classic dress-pants tailoring
  • Plain front
  • Free hemming or cuffing!

Lots of good, practical reasons to add dressy Finewale Cord Dress Pants to your business wardrobe. Like warmth. Texture. Color. And comfort, because our 100% cotton fabric also feels better against your skin than a blend. Plus one more reason: durability. Firmly anchoring the wales with a W-weave (which threads yarns through the fabric twice) stops “balding” — spots where the pile has worked loose — and lets us avoid the polyester or nylon others must resort to for strength.

The make? Everything you’d expect in dress pants: shape-keeping Ban-Rol®, two-piece curtained waist, integrated French fly, crotch shield, more.

And for even more comfort, these pants have our Comfort Waist, which stretches up to 3″ on demand. Our Comfort Waist is designed to look more like a regular waistband, without the gaps most competitors’ waistbands have. Machine wash. Imported.

Love the color and hem perfect Comfort waist and color nice. With my short legs inseam was perfect and if not LE easy return with Sears Grand nearby. January 5, 2013
A good pair of pants. Good fit and finish, and perfect for a business casual environment. Comfortable with a nice feel against the skin. The comfort fit feature works well for me as I transition, with grace I trust, into seasoned senior status. One thing about the comfort fit feature, however, is the waistband if a tad thicker, i.e. I had to pull out a longer belt to "fit around" the extra girth. Not a complaint per se, just something to be mindful of. Overall, I like these pants, and would buy again. January 5, 2013
Great pair of pants I love these trousers. I ordered a pair in blue and like them so much I ordered a second pair in green. Great fit good tailoring. December 11, 2012
Nice, casual/semi-dressy cords My husband finds these comfortable to wear. Has several pairs. December 10, 2012
Good pants for the price - on sale, too I haven't worn cords for many years, and I was accustomed to a wider wale. But these pants are a good fit, they drape well and are right at my shoe tops because of the fractionally sized length. I don't have to settle for too long or too short. The hidden adjustable elasticized waist is a feature I really like; I'm an older guy whose weight fluctuates enough to make these pants quite comfortable. I haven't washed them yet, but I suspect the color will hold, unlike the cords of my youth. Of course, fading was hip then. These are a good pair of cords for the money - even at full price. Excellent fit and quality the pants fit perfectly and have a great appearance. December 8, 2012
Great looking, comfortable feeling, great fitting cordoroy pants First time I ordered the incorrect size (too small) with a considerable discount. I called Land's End and talked with a gentleman who was outstanding in setting up my exchange so that I got pants (two pair) that fit and did not have cuffs (first order came with cuffs that I did not remember ordering). The exchange order came today and the fit was perfect and they had no cuffs. I am waiting to make sure my credit is posted upon receiving the incorrect sized pants which I sent back several days ago and also how much additional shipping and handling I will be charged for the exchange. Right now I am a very happy camper!! December 8, 2012
Worth owning more than one pair. True fit and nicely hemmed to exact request. I wear these when business casual (khakis) are a little too casual. They go well with a sport coat and are comfortable without being too heavy. I wear them to church frequently. Liked them so well, I ordered another two pair in different colors and one with a wide wale. December 8, 2012
Web color values not true This may be the first time that I've written anything critical about Land's End. The pants are fine. The color umber as shown on the web is nothing like the reality which I would call pumpkin. Here are some definitions of umber 1. A natural brown earth containing ferric oxide and manganese oxides, used as pigment. 2. Any of the shades of brown produced by umber in its various states. 3. Having a brownish color These pants are a million miles from brown. Any shade or version of brown. I don't think the difference between brown and orange is merely a subjective take by one person. So I'm disappointed. And I likely won't go out on the street in these pants!! They're not me. But I still love Land's End. November 15, 2012
