Just terrific!
Easy to wash and it hangs dry in just a very short time. Love the snaps instead of zipper. The large size fit perfectly. For doing woodworking in my shop, this one cleans so much better than a fleece vest. Had been looking for a vest like this for at least a couple of years ... bingo! Even bought two more after the first one.

Lightweight and wearable anywhere.
I'm glad I bought this vest (in the gray color). It fits well and looks good with any shirt. And, it keeps me warm during the midwest winters. I wore this during the holidays and I will wear it at work, too.

a Good Surprise
The fit is perfect and the quality is good as expected. The surprise is that this VERY lightweight vest is warm. If you keep your room temp down,
this will help keep you warmer than you might expect. As a layer under a jacket, there's a nice added warmth. NO you can't throw a thin nylon jacket over this vest and expect to be warm outside at 40 degrees. But the warmth that you get compared to what this vest weighs, is good.
As such, be warned that wearing this as a "fashion statement" in an already comfortable room may make you uncomfortable, even unzipped.

Great Warmth, Surprisingly Slim
I purchased this vest for my husband as it was to be "packable." He loves it! Packable is a great term because it is such a slim package both on and off his body. It fits in the suitcase with about the size of a tee shirt and fits over a shirt with the same slimness. Warmth is just like one would expect from Lands End - Great! It worked wonderfully on our mountain winter vacation, and is a great purchase.

Very light but yet very warm. I would but it again for sure!
The vest fits well as I expected it to. Although I work outside on occasion, I specifically bought the vest to wear while I am overseas in Finland. I look forward to wearing it and it helping to keep me warm!

The vest is lightweight but not very warm
The fit is slightly large. The garment is very lightweight but it is not warm. It seems well constructed and the long zipper pulls are a nice feature.

Excellent lightweight vest
I was fortunate enough to pick up this vest on sale and it is an excellent product. I didn't want the bulk of a down vest and this vest is both thin and lightweight. You can easily layer this under a light jacket given how trim it is. And I was actually expecting it to be average at best in terms of warmth but the product review is accurate: this vest will keep you very warm. With the low-50s that we get in Northern CA I find I typically keep the vest unzipped.
As stated in another review the Arctic Gray is actually slightly darker than what's shown in the picture, at least on my monitor. It's worth noting that while this is a completely straight-cut vest there is a hidden draw-string on the bottom on the inside. I found by bringing this in a bit you can give the vest a little more shape and get a slightly slimmer fit. (Especially nice if you are wearing this as a layer underneath another jacket.)
My only complaint is that there aren't more colors!

Vested Interest
This fine-quality gentleman's vest is as suitable in the boardroom as it is on the winter slopes. My vest arrived in Arctic Grey which is darker than it appears online - more toward muted dark grey in color. The PrimaLoft insulation is noticeably warm without adding weight or 'puffy' bulk as a down vest might. The vest will easily fit under a winter overcoat or it could be worn alone with a shirt or sweater on milder days. I like that i can raise the stand-up collar or lay it down flat depending on the elements. There are two generous outside pockets with zipper closures. The main front zipper is strong while being unobtrusive. First quality design and workmanship are evident throughout. Highly recommended.
