Perfect for elderly.
I care for Dad, who has dementia, and welcome anything that makes our day a little easier. He struggles with buttons, belts & dressing in general, yet changes clothes many times a day. They look much nicer than sweat pants, and It won't really matter if he wears these backwards. Wish they came in tan, because then they would look more like the khakis he always wore. Would like a heavier weight for winter.

Excellent quality and as comfortable as can be.
My two very active sons love these pants. They are their go-to casual wear. They love the high quality, durability and above all, the buttery softness and comfort. They are always on my Christmas shopping list.
Keep doing what you do, Lands End! Your clothes are always my first choice. Love them.

Perfect alternative for sweat pants
I ordered two pairs of these for my husband when I could not find sweat pants in the couple of stores I shopped in locally. We are both very pleased with these. They are comfortable for lounging at home and also look nice enough to wear casually. They are knit with a back pocket and side pockets and fit better than sweat pants. The only negative is they have no zipper. The material is thinner than sweat pants so is great for warmer weather.The bonus is they were also on sale!

Not just for the gym
I bought these for my husband to wear to the gym, but the first time he wore them I thought he had put on nice chinos by mistake. They can even pass muster for a casual lunch out after the gym.

Fit is WAY off
I ordered these in a Large Tall for my husband who wears L is almost everything. He is 6'4" and weighs 185 lbs. Two of him could have worn the L in the light. heather color. So, I ordered two pair in Medium Tall, thinking that would be just right. In the light heather color, the medium tall is just right, but in the dark grey, the pants are way too small, This is the kind of sizing that one expects in a discount store, not at Land's End where you are paying so much for supposed quality. I am very disappointed!
Now that I am trying to submit this, the message keeps coming back that I need to choose another name as mine has already been used, which is annoying me even further!

Comfortable for working out or working in the yard, looks good enough to run errands!
I bought these for my adult son (something warm to wear around the house on his visit to family in WI), and he loves them! He now has several pairs and wears them often. The fit is a little larger than many less expensive, we go back and forth about them being true to size or larger than expected. They do have a draw string that is hidden on the inside- a nice touch. The buttoned pocket is also a nice detail, as are the hemmed pant legs. All over much better quality and style than expected of casual work out gear.

quality material
I washed and dried these before wearing for the first time. The pants did not shrink at all. The material is so soft and its shape remains after much wear. The back pocket gives the pants a nicer look than other knit pants. I ended up ordering a second pair in another color. The length in Tall is perfect for my height.
