Almost there....
I like this sweater a lot, but was disappointed when I tried it on and found that the sweater wasn't long enough for my torso. I probably needed to order this sweater in a "tall". I have a long torso, so this isn't necessarily a comment directed at proportional buyers.

Oddly proportioned sweater
I bought this for my 54 year-old father and he is a size Large in everything. This sweater was too short in the sleeves but the chest/torso area was rather large. The fabric seemed comfortable and soft, and the bright red color was gorgeous. However, the odd fit was too much and we returned it to purchase an LL Bean sweater instead. Disappointing.

Very Good Overall
Very soft fabric, excellent fit, and lightweight (but still substantial). Workmanship is first rate, which is typical of most Lands' End sweaters. Would have appreciated a slightly heavier weight, but the product is as advertised.

Another Nice Sweater
Great quality as usual, deep color- didn't look faded like some other cotton sweaters from other companies. Went well with my son's school uniform, thick enough to keep him warm, thin enough to fit under a blazer.

Great cotton, holds shape over time, be sure to wash on gentle cycle and lie flat to dry!
My husband loves these, has 3 colors and wears them to work all the time yet they continue to look new even after many washings (gentle cycle, laid flat to dry). This is a lighter yet tightly woven sweater made of good quality cotten. Feels warn but not bulky, so it keeps you warm without being bulky or shapeless. Buy several, you will no regret it! Also, I have to commend the great 800 service professionals, who help me from time to time, ensuring all available discounts are properly applied and that changes to my online order were made quickly and politely. Truly classy customer service training, in an era where that seems to be elusive at many online retailers.

I bought this as a gift. I would grade it as a "5".
I bought this as a gift for my son, so he hasn't received it yet; however, knowing him as I do and what he likes, I know he will be happy with it.

Outstanding Value
Ordered in black. This is just what I have been looking for and have only found at other more expensive sources. This is fine gauge100% cotton, unlike the "Men's Regular Fine Gauge V-neck Pullover" that is acrylic/nylon and more expensive. Fits true to size. Just received so it has not gone through the wash. I am not anticipating any problems. Hopefully with the success of this new sweater there will be an extended fashion color selection. I even like it better than the pima cotton sweaters I have bought from LE.
