color and fit are perfect
Been looking for a medium weight denim shirt for my husband that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Found it at Lands End. He loves it and said it is very comfortable! He is very, very stoked that there is also a small pencil pocket. Great for a carpenter that is always losing his pencils!!

Good fitting shirt.........
I like the weight of the denim, not too heavy, confortable to wear. A good fit, not too large or baggy. Thanks LE for leaving flaps off the pockets. I wear it for everyday wear. This shirt I would buy again....

lightweight "denim" was disappointing; "tall" length was misleading
I waited a long time to order a fine Lands' End denim shirt for my husband. When I finally got one, I was disappointed in two things: the denim was very light-weight, not a work-weight at all. And though it was labelled for "Tall", it was three inches shorter in the length, and 2 inches shorter in the sleeve than many of his other Tall-sized shirts. He had to return it.
And in this review, I've tried 5 "names" to submit this under and none of them are available or acceptable!

OK, but ...
I bought this shirt to replace a LE denim shirt I'd had for many years. This new one is a much thinner fabric than the previous one. I'm not saying the new one is bad, but it's not exactly what I hoped it would be. If you want a heavy denim fabric, this is not for you.

Very good quality; my very fussy guy really likes it!!
We have been looking for this shirt for 2 years to replace the worn out 10 year old one.
I washed it right away as I always do with new shirts and was very impressed with how it softened nicely and ironed easily. He really likes the pen slot in the left pocket and also likes the fact that neither pocket has those annoying flaps!! Nice metal buttons too. Ordered a large and the fit is great; not too boxy and the length of the sleeves and the body are perfect. He will order another one!!
I give it five sailboats!!

Everything it should be.
THis is comfortable and wearable with or without ironing. Just the right feel about it.
