Made with a much denser cotton twill you can hear every step of the way. And like your favorite jeans, you’ll need to break them in the old-fashioned way — by wearing them everywhere.

Heads up — to keep this chino from painting your entire wardrobe, lock in the color with a quick, cold wash. Then it won’t rub you the wrong way.

Material: 100% cotton twill. Machine wash. Imported.

Best Pants I've Ever Owned The fit is perfect and the the quality is unbeatable. These pants simply last. I do not find them as "crisp" as other people do, I think they provide a nice medium between casual and dress. Highly recommend. March 7, 2013
I've finally found them! I've been searching for several decades for the perfect pair of khakis. Finally found them. These are not for everyone. But they are just what I wanted: old-school thick cotton fabric. It's stiff as a board at first, but so what? So are jeans. When it breaks in, they are form fit to your body. Second: the fit. Unlike old school khakis that were enormous in the seat and rise, these have a modern, low rise and quite slim legs. If you wear a "skinny" or "slim" cut in jeans, have virtually no butt, and slim thighs, you'll love these. If not, keep searching. January 31, 2013
Excellent fit and quality - Please make these in navy The fit on these pants is excellent, slim with a narrow leg. The fabric is thick and very durable, which I love. I have these pants in umber and I love them. Please make these pants in navy, I love these pants and will definitely buy more if they come out in navy and other colors. January 1, 2013
Basically perfect fit, agree about the fabric Fit is amazing, maybe a half inch smaller in the thigh would be good but other than that perfect. However, I agree the fabric is too crisp, would have liked something softer from these casual chinos. Still, basically my favorite pants and I look forward to these in some cool colors for spring in a softer (possibly thinner) cloth. LEC, grant my wishes? December 29, 2012
The designers got it wrong. Bought these for my son last Fall. I just put them in the garbage. The fit was great but the fabric was overly stiff and impossible to iron. Uncomfortable, too. The fabric might have been better suited for upholstery or canvas tote bags. December 26, 2012
Great look, but too stiff These pants are far too stiff, even after you wash them. Ironing is a pain. If I had not needed the specific color for a photoshoot for my son, I would have returned them. December 9, 2012
Overly crisp fabric, strange coloration The pants are overly stiff to the point that they basically won't move on their own, and they don't soften up after repeated washes. Furthermore, the color fades strangely after a wash (even when doing the recommended 'cold wash before wearing'). Would not recommend. November 27, 2012
The fit is good but........ The fit and cut are good but the fabric is very crisp and after being dried the fabric does not hang well and has to be ironed to get the crisp wrinkles out. What happened , last year the fabric was not like this. November 15, 2012
Best pants for the money Best pants for the money (compared to gap, jcrew, club monaco, dockers, etc.) True slim fit, great fabric, great price. Very impressed November 13, 2012
Skinny and short I agree with those reviewers who described this fit as skinny. Surprisingly good in waist and "rise" (and true to size there) these chinos are too narrow in legs. It is really difficult to put them on and to move in them. The second cons is they're too short.I do wear pants in 32 length and this chinos are an inch or two shorter. The fabric is good and the color is nice but I can not wear them. November 7, 2012
