Very nice fit
I'm very satisfied with these pair of cargos since the day I got they. I loved how they looked on me. The picture shows how they can be a litlle tight however this only depends on what type of body you have. I weight 125 and measure 5'7, I can consider myself pretty slim, without much muscle or fat on my legs. The cargos feel just about half an inch loose--they fit me a little loose when other 30x 30s, for example like Levi's 514's feel just right to the measure of my hip. Anyways they feel great and also have just the right leg opening to use with boots and the color green is the way to go! Make sure you buy them with precaution. If you want them just a tiny bit loose(half an inch) get them the size you are. If you want them like how they look on the model, a little tigher being that your body and legs are suitable for this then also get them the size you are. They will only be a little loose if your somewhat skinny, but your can use a belt for that an wallah! Great job Lands End. Hope this helps.. Oh remember that these cargos weigh more then the usual pair of jeans for all the pockets and strong texture they have. So it's preferably that you get them at least a size smaller if you don't want to be pulling your pants up

legs very tight
these pants are described as "straight" but fit more like "skinny" jeans...not at all my style...
if you do like "skinny" cut, material very nice...stitching strong

Great fit
This is a pretty narrow fit for the 628. It seems to fit like the narrower 608. I had to go one size up from other Canvas pants. I would recommend these pants because the construction and the fit.

terrific
Got these for my husband several months back in 32x34. Fit is great, nice and trim. The color Umber is very nice, a bit lighter than pictured. Terrific buy, and they're holding up great.

Too skinny
I ordered a 32x34 (my normal size) and it was far skinnier compared to the pants on the model. I am 180 lbs and 6'4" and the pants were tight. They looked foppish rather than rugged, which is disappointing in a pair of cargos. I wish that Canvas would give these pants a more timeless cut.
