Great Shoes
I am very happy with this pair of shoes. They offer great style, comfortable fit, and value. I asked customer service (always very helpful) for the heel to toe outsole measurement and decided on an 11.5 based on its 12 9/16" measurement. With most other brands I wear an 11 (EE), but the outsole measurement of the sz 11 sounded too small. The 11.5 fit me perfectly out of the box in both length and width. The styling of the shoe looks even nicer in reality than in the pictures on the website - the shoes are pleasantly sleek and lightweight for a longwing with a rubber sole. The color is a very nice faded navy.
The only downsides are that the suede upper feels slightly on the thin side (but this isn't a big deal to me as this will be a summer shoe) and that when I walked I noticed the sole was squeeky on some surfaces. Theseare not major detractors for me considering that usually when I see a shoe in this style it runs in the hundreds of $$.
I hope this shoe will hold up well and that the squeeking will go away as they break in because they are now one of my favorite pairs!
