These pants are preppy, durable, and great to just wear around during the warmer months.
These shorts are fantastic! As someone whose wardrobe is practically full of spiffy-preppy clothing, I approve of adding these to my collection! The embroidered flags are very well done and look great. They have gone through the wash a good dozen times now, and have shown no signs of fading. The fit is a tad loose, but practically spot on. If I have any complaints to give, I wish Lands' End would sell more products like these shorts, even chinos (i.e. different embroidered symbols; different colors)!

Exactly what I expected
Got these shorts on a steal and would have paid full price if I had had to. They are exactly as pictured and described and fit perfectly.

Everyone LOVES My Lobster Shorts!!
These whimsical shorts are perfect for summer parties and outings. They are a nice, comfortable length, not too long or short. They look great with a polo shirt or light colored oxford button down and top sider deck shoes. I usually wear size 33 but for some reason I ordered 34 in these and I'm glad I did. They fit perfectly. So either I have gained a little weight or they run a tad small.

Incorrect sizing based on the Lands' End chart.
Love the shorts, really don't like the Lands' End suggested method of sizing. I did as requested in their sizing chart to figure out my Lands' End waist size and the shorts are gargantuan on me. I have to return them sadly, at an $8 US charge to me. Guys, go by the waist size on jeans/shorts your normally wear and you should be fine.

Great Shorts!
I purchased these shorts for my husband. We are hosting a lobster dinner and they are perfect for the event. The quality is great and the price was even better.
I ordered them one size too small and it was so easy to reorder and the representative I spoke with, Deborah, was so helpful. When the new shorts came, the fit was perfect and we simply took the other shorts back to our local Sears store which was very convenient.
If they made them in ladies, I would have purchased those as well.

Better than any competitor!!! Must Have
These shorts are made out of the softest, highest quality chino I have ever felt. LE must have double peached the fabric! Both the fabric and the embroidery are extremely high quality. Fit and finish is also excellent. I would expect the price to be much higher on such a high quality item. The color is a perfect broken in blue. Now that they are on sale I'm thinking about buying a back up pair. I wore them with a light yellow LE Pima cotton polo tucked in with a red and white tape belt.
