Color is great too. Little bit different from the previous "brown" that we had purchased a few years ago.
The fit is great -a bit big but should be bigger for comfort. Nice and warm for these cold NY mornings. It is a bit lighter weight than the previous robe we purchased about 5 years ago. These robes last for a long time and it was a great hit with my husband.

too short
I bought this as a replacement for a Landsend robe that is wearing out. The length is about 4 inches shorter on the new robe than the one I purchased from Landsend previously. After exchanging the robe for another, you guessed it , it's still too short. Is there a cotton shortage? C'mon Landsend get with it!

Great robe.
I bought one for myself (in white) and then my husband got jealous. After reading all the negative reviews about unisex one size fits all robes, I decided to avoid them. This is a very plush comfortable robe. It will serve you well.

This Robe is very plush but just to heavy
The robe is nice quality but very heavy, bulky. The sleeve cuffs are way to big and I did not like the collar. It just didn't fit well. I had to return it and got less bulky robe.

Well made, heavy cotton, mid-calf length robe
Robe was just what "the doctor ordered" --- seems well made, good fit, two pockets, and heavyweight. Mid-calve length was perfect for someone on the short side. Arrived ahead of schedule.

Too many naysayers about quality
I bought this bathrobe to replace one (from a different "good quality" vendor) given to me by my wife 10 or 15 years ago. The old one finally ripped near a seam that had become a stress point, probably due to the way I wear the robe and sit in chairs. Reading the reviews for this robe prior to purchase, I was very concerned about the claims of inferior material and workmanship by those who down-rated the bathrobe. They all read like "Ah, but for the good old days."
I agree that there has been a slight slide in quality of some of of Lands' End merchandise over the last couple of decades. I was also happier when Lands' End was a prominent devotee of "Made in America." Any change in quality at Lands' End pales in comparison to the changes of the world - or even our microcosm, the U.S. - over this time period.
We consumers are used to seeing huge changes in quality at relatively small cost at the low- to medium-end. At the high end, small improvements become more and more costly. If you choose to pay twice as much for goods and services, and can afford to do so, be my guest.
By the way, the reviews fora similar bathrobe from the merchant from which my wife bought the original bathrobe read very much like the reviews for the Lands' End product. Again, "Ah for the good old days!"

perfect fit
I purchase this robe for my huband. He"s 6" tall and about 210lbs. I order the XL thanks to the other reviews. This robe is made roomy and plush so the fit was perfect and he looks good in the green I also personalized his robe. EXCELLENT!!

Warm and cozy
I purchased this robe to replace a very OLD one I had given my husband years ago from LE. I did not expect it to be as nice as his old one but guess what ! It Is!! He says it is very warm...loves the extra wrap around in the early morning hours ..... in all...very pleased and happy with this purchase for Christmas. I got the gray this time...old one was blue. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very Disappointing
Ordered to replace two white terry robes bought from Land's End a few years ago that were terrific - some of the best we've ever owned. These replacement robes were just not as good. They were okay, but not nearly as thick and absorbent as the old ones. Very disappointed. I could have gotten robes like these replacements at a local discount store for a lot less money. Not sure what's going on at Land's End, but this wasn't good. Will probably look elsewhere next time.
