My second robe in 15 years!
This is the second of these Lands End robe that I have purchased, my first in ~1998 - and it is still fantastic! These robes are heavy, and they don't seem to lose much lint in the dryer. I have towels for guests, but for me, I only use these robes to dry myself. I'd recommend them for anyone wanting a long-lasting touch of luxury to enjoy every day. BTW - the first robe is still in use, and doesn't have any signs of going away in the near future.

Falling apart!
I recieved one of these as a gift about six years ago and I like it very much. It still looks like new. I liked it so much so that I bought one for my gal in late 2011. Hers is literally falling apart. There are so many loose strings on it that it honestly looks like a cat got to it. I'm not talking about just a small place or two, I'm talking about the entire garment. There is nothing wrong with either my washer or dryer.
What is so very disappointing is that this item was nearly $100 shipped, and now it looks absolutely terrible.

Quality, fit, fabric and style are good.
This is a well made robe. The only flaw is the belt loops are flimsy.

Smaller than expected
Okay, so I'm new to buying a robe with a size chart associated with it - usually I'm a "one size fits all" kinda buyer. According to the size chart for this item, I ordered it in "Medium". The over-all length is great, but it actually feels snug across my shoulders and upper arms. Huh. Fabric and feel is top notch, and the price was outstanding. Free shipping made the purchase sweeter.
My shirt size is "Large", if this helps anyone when choosing what size robe to purchase.

Nicest bathrobe I ever bought
We purchased bathrobes for ourselves and our adult son. My husband and I like a little room and fall in between sizes so we ordered the larger size and they fit perfect. My son is a true medium and his fit was perfect for him. We love that the robes are not bulky (which makes them very easy to wash) yet are still very warm.

Long and roomy robe
My husband is 6'4" tall, 200 pounds. He wanted a long robe and this is it. It is a nice weight, not too heavy. I ordered a size Large. The length is all the way down to his ankles. He loves it. Be aware that the color "Graybird" is not as pictured, not gray at all, but a warm cinnamon brown. Not worth the hassle of sending it back. Besides I cannot get it away from him!

Excellent fit and service
It is very difficult to find a robe that is long and lean. My father is tall and skinny and most robes reach just past his knees and would wrap around him twice. I was very impressed that I ordered it one week before Christmas, and did not expect to see it arrive in Canada for two weeks. It arrived the day before Christmas. Happy surprise. Will have to wait and see how it wears.

This robe that I received for Christmas is awesome!
I am very satisfied with the robe that my husband bought for me for Christmas. The ankle length is perfect. The fabric is lighter weight than his Land's End robe that was purchased several years back, but it is warm and comfortable. The sleeve length is slightly long, but can easily be shortened.
