Water Absorbable
These are the nicest towels I've had in many years. The material is very water absorbent and when you step out of the shower to towel off you are encased in a wonderfully soft and luxurious towel. These towels don't leave you rubbing and rubbing to get dry. I highly recommend these towels to anyone who is looking for a 100% cotton alternative to the mediocre mess that can be bought at the --Mart stores. The price is also a plus. I bought the original two sets on sale and am going to order two more sets again on sale. I've given these for gifts as well and the newly weds who received them were very happy. I also have a very happy hubby who enjoys these towels so much. He's newly retired from 30 years of active duty service in the US Navy and raves every shower he takes that he's loving not having the "sand paper towels" he had on the ship to dry off with anymore! Suggest you wash them 2-3 times when you get them to reduce the amount of lint you will get originally from these towels. Once you've washed them a couple of times, you have no further worries.

Very soft
These towels are very soft yet durable. The only reason I didn't give them a "5 "was that I had to wash them 3 times before using to remove the lint. After that they were perfect.

Soft and plush
Love this set of towels. Will certainly be ordering more. Love the softness. A little bit of fluff left on skin but disappears after washing the towels a couple of times. Got on the 40 percent off sale. Great deal. Worth the price even without the sale!!

My husband loves these towels!
These towels are soft and fluffy! The colors are great!
After reading the reviews, I washed them twice on a long hard wash. Be sure to stop the dryer half way thru the dry cycle to remove lint. We highly recommend them!

Great towels but note "Shale Blue" is green
wonderful, soft towels. I thought the color shown on the website must be misleading because the color name I ordered is "Shale Blue" but the photo on web is more accurate than the name -- what I received really is more like a Sage Green than a Shale Blue.

Super towels!
I bought 2 sets of these towels, they are soft and absorbent but still dry quickly. One set is caspian blue and the other dusty apricot; the colors blend perfectly with our bathroom flooring and wall paper. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them.

Why no tubmats to match the lovely colours?
These towels are lovely and I would love to have some in the colours instead of white which I have ordered in the past. However, you don't have tub mats to match any of the colours.

Thick, fluffy towel, generously sized.
These towels are wonderfully thick and absorbant, yet lightweight. They are generously sized too. I loved the shale blue color until I washed it in hot water and color-safe bleach as I do with all my towels..The beautiful blue turned a light green with yellow patches! The towels still perform perfectly; I will just keep them in the closet as opposed to hanging them on display in the bathroom. I just ordered another set in natural color. I am hoping this color won't have the same problem. These really are the best drying-off towels I've purchesed anywhere.

Great Towel!
I was concerned about biuying this towel because of the reviews that stated it wasn't absobent. Well I washed them with very little detergent on warm with vinegar in the first rinse then a clear rinse. They came out soooo fluffy. I then did a test by dropping water on them and it disappeared. Then I washed my hands then dried them with one of the washcloths, it soaked the water right up. I was tested the color against one of the unwashed towels, and there was no visible change in color. I have had a terrible time finding a decent towel that didnt shed like crazy forever that was absorbent and fluffy...finally I found them. The next time these go on sale I'm going to buy a few more and splurge on the monograming.
