So stylish
This jacket was better than expected! I wish I had one for myself. Many compliments from other parents. It is a dense material which provides protection from wind but is not at all bulky. fits true to size and slimming on my daughter. Great find on the sale rack!

Nice style, but heavy material
I like the style & herringbone fabric of this jacket, but the material was just too stiff for my 8-yr-old daughter, so we took it back. I guess she's used to having a soft lining in her jackets and this one doesn't. She is about 49 inches and 45 pounds, (A really petite 8-yr-old), and I bought the 6X because other reviewers advised buying 1 size smaller to get a tailored look. She can still fit a 6X, but I usually buy a 7/8 to allow room to grow. The 6X did fit, but if I had kept it, I would probably have exchanged for the bigger size to allow for some layers besides a t-shirt under it.

Incredibly fitted, beautifully tailored!
I ordered one size smaller - a size 5 for my tall 61/2 year old daughter. IT is such a beautifully made jacket. The material is great and fits like a glove. Fits like a designer jacket. She looks like a millioin dollars in this.

Versatile jacket
This jacket fits very well but a little on the big side. It goes with both casual and dressier outfits.
