A Cut Above
This luggage was a pleasure to use on my first trip with it. It wheels smoothly and turns easily, so you don't wheel as if your dragging along an unwieldy beast.

I didn't like the wheels, I felt they would break easily.
I returned this piece. I have two larger Lands End suitcases and I am pleased with them. This piece seemed two small up close but I also didn't like the "spinner" wheels. They seem like they would break if I ever had to check the bag.

It was perfect, easy to use.
The perfect bag! The product was exactly as described. I couldn't be more pleased. It is easy to use, strong, and sharp looking. Now everyone in the family wants one.

Very happy
It is a great carry-on. I like that It opens up and you can put your stuff on both sides and secure it with the straps. It fits in the overhead and can expand. Easy to maneuver. My husband actually liked it and he is hard to please.

Disappointed
Having bought the medium size hybrid suitcase I am disappointed it does not have a net or suchlike to keep clothes in place like i have seen in other cheaper suitcases, the wheels are good but overall disappointed....wish I had gone for the cheaper ones i have seen else where plus paid a lot of money to get it shipped to scotland...not the best idea I have ever had!!
