Fits better than the women's version As a 5'3" woman, I first tried the women's size small vest. It was too short and too wide, so I opted for the kids' large. It has an appropriate length and width. The material is soft and comfortable and fits well over a button-down shirt. The overall quality was what I expected from a Lands' End product. February 4, 2012

nice quality sweater vest This is probably the 4th or 5th of these I have bought for my boys. They wear school uniforms and these are perfect. The knit is small which my boys think makes it feel softer. Also the v in the neck is not too big or wide. They seem to wash well so far and have had no pilling or fading. Overall we like these the best of the uniform sweater vest options we are able to pick from. October 15, 2011
shrinks after washing the fitting was perfect at first but i have to put small since it shrunk after washing. It says in the web that there is no need to put an allowance in the size, but after washing it ,it shrunk( i followed the washing instructions recommended). What was funny was I did it with the swifter sweater --which apparently has the same material--luckily the sweater did not shrink--so i think standard of quality control is not the same for all items September 18, 2011
Vibrant color - great quality. Had to go up a size on the big kid boy size. Otherwise, great sweater vest, well made. They will outgrow it before it wears out. January 9, 2011
