So disappointed
For 21 years your towels have been my go to product for baby gifts. Because of the nature of our family business, and size of our families, I have ordered at least six towels a year during that time. But no more. The current selection is unoriginal and can be reproduced on a standard sewing machine with little effort. I am not sure why you discontinued such a great product, but please consider bringing it back.

I am so disappointed that you discontinued the old styles of towels. I loved them and wish that you'd bring them back. They were so much cuter and you had a better selection!

Old Towel Designs were so much better.
Such a disappointment that the old towel designs are gone. They were SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better, Where can I get them, because I am going to look.

These towels are fine, but the old ones were so much cuter -brighter and more original. Like other people, they were my go-to baby gift for everyone I knew after I received them 10 years ago when my first child was born. Bring the old ones back!!

What happened to the beautiful old towels?
I received these the original towels as a baby gift when my twin sons were born 7 years ago, and loved them so much that they became my go to baby gift whenever a friend had a baby. I got many compliments from the friends I sent them to, as well as my own sons' towels which have held up beautifully despite many years of repeated use and washings. The old towels had bright and beautiful patterns that were much more enchanting than the current designs which have very little character or color and are drab by comparison. The new towels just aren't exciting enough to be worth buying and I will be looking elsewhere for my go-to baby gift. :(

Bring back the old towel sets!!
For years this has been my "go to" baby present. Sadly, no more. Not sure why Land's End did away with such a great product, but I am deeply disappointed. Hoping to see the old towel sets again in the near future.

Like so many of the reviews for this product, I am so disappointed with your "new" style 2-piece appliqué towel set for children.
Your original 2 piece appliqué towel set have been my standard baby gift and gift for my own grandchildren for years. Repeatedly, the comments from recipients have been how adorable the designs are - colorful, bold, fun trucks, fire engine, alligator, monkey, fairy tea garden, ballet slippers, flower garden, firefly etc - what wonderful quality the towels are lasting for many years of continued use, and how much the children love the designs on their personalized towels. So many have commented that they look forward with the birth of their 2nd or 3rd child to receiving another Land's End monogramed towel set with a new design for the new baby. I truly hope that my comments and those of so many others as well as the low ratings the new towel sets are receiving will prompt a speedy return of the original sets.
Personally, I would be happy to pay more for the original designs if cost was the reason for the change.

Disappointed in new designs
I am so very disappointed in your new designs and changes to what was once a fabulous item! The old product line was of great quality and offered a variety of fun, bright, and well-made designs to choose from. The towels were fabulous quality, washed great, and were a wonderful baby gift item. I have three sons- 5 yrs old, 2 years old, and 3 months old. I had purchased 2 sets of the fire truck towels and 2 sets of the construction truck towels and had them monogrammed for each boy about a year ago. They love them!! I just went on-line to purchase 2 sets for my new baby and found out that your selection had changed!!! I will NOT be purchasing any of the new ones. I am so bummed out! Please bring the old set back!!!!!

Disappointed in selection of designs!!
I have always bought one of these monogrammed towels for new baby gifts. One of them - the lavender giraffe - is in every month's anniversary photo of the last child I sent the towel to. What a nice idea. Now I have to pick from a poor selection of designs for our new great granddaughter!! Will do because I like the monogram feature. Please don't cut back on the features that make Lands' End stand out from other suppliers!!
