Madison, Wisconsin, where many of us live, is a real bike town. So when we decided to offer a bicycle — determined to get it right — we partnered with
Schwinn®, which has over a century of experience. Together we built it to be simple, smooth-riding and unique, with touches no other Schwinn has. From the bike experts we learned that an aluminum frame bests the usual steel: aluminum is lighter, stronger and longer lasting (but the front fork is steel for durability). The three-speed gears are Shimano Nexus internal gears that keep the elements away — much preferable if you ride in winter (something quite common in Madison).
Our own design team made the bike unique, a solid leather cover on the padded seat, bamboo fenders with leather mud flaps, a spring-loaded back rack with reflector and comfortable pedals with reflectors. Even the colors are our own design. You can’t find a bike like it anywhere else. Imported.
