Girls' Waterproof Squall® Snow Pants 3.9 5 9 9

Do not size down my daughter is between size 5 and 6 and so I bought both. 5 was too small and although 6 was a little big, it will allow a little room to grow. I wouldn't size down. February 25, 2013

Finally, snow pants that fit! These pants arrived just in time for our first snowfall and my daughter is thrilled with them. She is tall and narrow (almost 7 years old) and snow pants that are long enough usually fall down at the waist. We got the 7 slim and they are the first snow pants that she WANTS to wear! Horrible fit I was so excited to receive these for my 10 year old. I was sorely disappointed as the sizing was horrible! The waist and height was great for her, but the hips were shockingly huge and not flattering at all. Returned it to the store and bought a completely different brand. So sad as it seems like it had great features. November 11, 2012

runs big Even though the pants were too big I still recommend them because they are nice quality. My daughter is 6 years old and 53 pounds and wears a size 7. The pants are always too big but 6x is too small in pants and really small in tops. These pants are just gigantic for her at this point. I am going to try to get to the store about 40 miles away and try the 6x. If they don't fit I will have to try a different brand. October 27, 2012

Mermaid pants I just returned these snowpants, which I ordered in a size 12 slim for my thin 11 year old daughter. She's worn the Expedition snow pants for the past few years and loved them. I ordered the Squall snowpants for the slim sizing. However, the shape is too mature for a child. They are very wide through the hip, narrow at the knee and then wide again at the ankle. My daughter said they made her look like a mermaid, which is true. October 27, 2012

way too big and hippy Saying these were too big for my 5 yo would be an understatement. The rear was huge like for a woman who was hippy or something. The waist so large you could almost fit two of my daughter in there. Such a shame bc they looked so warm! They don't carry slims for little girls sizes but not sure if that would help or not.
