Need Half Sizes
This shoe is cute and seems sturdy. My daughter liked the style, but unfortunately they were too big and they are not available in half sizes. Why, Lands' End, why??? Kids can't wear a shoe that's too big or too small, and quite frankly, neither can anyone else.

Okay
We bought these in a 12 because my five-year-old's foot is an 11 and we've been buying 12's for room to grow. The catalog associate had said that an 11 would take that into account but never having bought shoes online or from LE I erred on the safe side. It turns out an 11 would probably have been fine because the shoes are too long even for wiggle room. I will keep this in mind in future. We bought these on sale so I'm not put out. We'll use them as indoor shoes in the Fall or for next Spring. I bought them to go with summer dresses (we don't "do" shorts!) while playing in the playground. I think a few people have said they are more narrow but they seem regular width to me.

Looks as pictured, comfortable, easy slip on, cute.
My daughter is very picky when it comes to shoes and she likes these shoes. Most importantly she likes the look, they are comfortabl,e and she can slip them on and off easily. She is not a tennis shoe wearer, so these are fashionable, but yet can be worn in gym class.

Cute all purpose shoes
These shoes are great; they are water shoes but can be used for outside play since kids get into water gun fights, mud, general messiness. These can be easily cleaned and are reported to be very comfortable.

Love these!
These run true-to-size (purchased a 13M and they line up exactly with my stepdaughter's size 13 Nike gym shoes). Very cute with or without socks. Coordinate perfectly with the Girls' Knit Kit separates.

Not quite the same as the style a few years ago, but I still like them
I had these shoes in women's sizes a few years back, and they were among my favorite shoes ever. I have given those such a beating, and I was hoping these would be a good replacements. Close, but not quite...
I ordered this girls' style in size 7, and as the chat rep told me, it does in fact fit my size 8.5-9 adult feet. The toe box is a little bit narrow than the old style, and rubs a little bit at the base of my little toes. I don't remember the old style doing that, but I'm wondering if that might loosen up a little as I wear them more. I have medium width feet, but love to have a little extra space in my shoes.
I also ordered them for my kids, and they love them. So far no complaints about them rubbing anywhere. They are extremely cute, in any case.
I chose the navy blue for me, but the pink and purple I can't get away with (perfect for my kids, though.) I had black in the old style, and not only could wear them in a casual work environment, but in fact got compliments on them every time I wore them. PLEASE bring them back in women's sizes and more adult colors!!!

Love this shoe, but too narrow
I was thrilled to see these this year for girls. I have a pair of women's from a few years back and love them. My daughter is a size 1 , not a particularly wide foot, but these are just way too narrow for her and way too big in the heel. Too bad no half size to even try. Unfortunately these will be going back. Bummer. So cute and durable.

Girls' work great for up to size 8 ladies, Have the previous similar in 3 colors from 3 years ago
I have the girls' size 7, (youth sizes) which fits an 8 to 8.5 womens' size. I own them in purple, pink and royal blue. The former style was the same on the upper, except the decorative print was a floral-paisley in matching color with black lines. The new style has colored accents on the sole, and the pattern on the sole is slightly different than the old style. The former style had removable, washable insoles in the girls. That's nice. I wear low-cut footie type socks with my Trekkers, because I like to keep my shoes nice. I just wear a color of low cut sock that is similar to the shoe or white with a colored stripe that matches the shoe. Almost everytime I wear these shoes, someone comments on how cute they are.
The rounded toe of the GIRLS' size makes the shoe a little more roomy in the toe box, but the shoe itself is not overly wide. The adjustable Velcro or hook and loop strap makes it easy to tighten up the instep or heel fit. The heel itself has plenty of rubber in the sole, so there is no problem with impact if this shoe is used for a walk around the neighborhood. The mesh keeps the shoe breathable. These are a three-season shoe in OHIO - no kidding - especially if the wearer wears cotton low cut socks. It's not that dorky!! If you are an adult, print of the shoe fitting chart, and see if you can wear the girls. A girls 5 fits approximately a ladies' six. So youth sizes are closer to British or UK sizing like the old
Dr. Martens.
