WAY too big
Got this in a 7, which according to the size chart, should fit my daughter. Unfortunately it was way too long (mid-calf) and waaaaaay too big in the waist (even with the elastic tightened). Going to have to return it, I don't want to wait 3 years for it to fit! Otherwise, it's a cute style.

Cute style but too tight
Since my daughter has been wanting a longer skirt for quite a while, we were excited to see this in the catalog. She enjoys wearing several kinds of skirt styles. When we received it and she tried it on, it was too tight in the hips. It was a bit too much of a straight skirt. It would have worked had it been for a girl maybe 10-11 yrs. Disappointed, but hope Lands End comes out with a variation.

This skirt is not comfortable.
I bought the size 14 and it was HUGE in the waist. Even after using the adjustable waistband to adjust it, it still wasn't comfy because after adjusting the waist became all bulky. It did not stretch at all, and it was hard to sit comfortably in it. The slit in the back was a bit too high for my liking also. The overall length was nice though. Maybe it would be okay for church, but I'm deciding to return it.
