Well made -the sparkly dots are cute!
Got this for my very tall thin 6 yr old. The shimmery dots are cute and not at all garish or cheap looking. It's well made & looks like it will stand up to a summer of (almost) daily wear

Modest fit
Bought this for my tall & slender 6 year old. She normally wears a size 8. I ordered this in size 8 and it covers her tummy just fine. She hasn't worn it in a pool yet so I don't know if it will go up in the water.

daughter loves it
I bought this top in a 10 slim. My daughter is 55 inches tall and 60 pds, and this fits perfect. she is picky, but likes the sparkles in the fuschia top.

Great suit for tall girls
I wanted a tankini for bathroom convenience, but still wanted a modest suit for my lanky 5 year old. This is a great top. She is very tall, and it covers her whole tummy. This is much better than the speedo suit I'd also been considering. The fit isn't amazing, a little loose and doesn't lay perfectly in the armpit area. But she is 5, so this isn't a great loss and she finds the suit comfortable. We've only had it a couple of weeks so can't speak to longevity but the fabric is nice and it looks well made. This is my first kid's LE suit and I'm pleased.

So cute!
I bought the iris dot pattern for my 10-year-old, and we couldn't be happier with it. The pattern is fun, and like another mom here, I'm not big on sparkles. However, this is not garish in any way. A few of the dots just have a little shimmer to them, which my daughter loves. It's a modest cut, and the back straps are adjustable, which we both prefer. Paired with the purple swim shorts -- an adorable combo.

Great quality and modist fit
My 12 year old daughter typically wears size 16 tops. The size 14 tankini top fits beautifully. I appreciate the slightly larger fit because most store brand size 16 suits are too small for her, and the Junior sizes are completely inappropriate for her age. The adjustable straps stay put and the neckline is high enough so no 'peek-a-boo' is happening. The bottom hem covers to mid-hip and does not show her belly when she raises her arms. The hems lay flat and the top does not billow out when she jumps in. She wears this with the matching swim skirt to her school swim class so she is very comfortable in it. So far it has come out of the wash beautifully. The colors are vibrant and tasteful. Most of the swimsuit patterns with ruffles and bows are too 'babyish' for my tween, so I was glad for this style. Yes, some of the polka dots are shiny, but I think the shine is subtle and my daughter loves the colors.

Wishing for Classic Patterns
Disappointed, but my fault. I didn't read the description thoroughly, so didn't notice that the dot patterns in this tankini top are "sparkly". I really love that lands end offers modest, classic designs and patterns. I keep my first grader out of animal prints, sparkles and glitter. Also thought that the colors, pink especially, are almost neon. Sending these back and hoping for more traditional choices next year. Didn't try on, so not sure about fit.
