No cheesy graphics--perfect multi-purpose feminine top
I bought this short sleeve solid shirred neck tee for my granddaughter in three colors--white, yellow, and purple. At last, after searching for a plain, attractive, feminine top for a 4 year old, there it was on the website: Land's End quality, excellent price, and best of all, no graphics or patterns. I wanted attractive tops to wear with print skirts and shorts or under summer sundresses. I scoured all major chains looking for a good white tee with no success--so much either has annoying glitter or painted images, too-specific designs and odd colors to match the brand's outfits, or too-grown-up messages. This shirred neck tee is long enough for a growing torso and wide enough to be comfortable in warm weather. The first washings have shown the fabric to be color-fast and non-pilling. The colors are true and match so much in my granddaughter's wardrobe. The comfortable short sleeve is designed to work well under sleeveless dresses, adding just enough coverage for cooler days or a different look for preschool. She loves these soft tops--and that means these will be first items out of the closet all summer. Please keep carrying classic clothes like this in all seasons and I will be back for more.

great summer basic
I bought this for my daughter to wear in a production of Alice in Wonderland as part of her costume. When she got it, it was so soft and the fabric was just the right weight and the fit true to size that we bought two more for the summer. Given some of the issues with Lands End material I've had in the last little while it's so nice to get a product that reminds me why I like Lands End so much.

Nice design. Love the Irish Rose colour
This top looks lovely on my daughter and it has become one of her favourites. We purchase Irish rose and navy. Navy is practical (and hard to find nice girl's t-shirts that colour). The Irish Rose colour is divine! Would have given it 5 star except I'm a little concerned over the neck design. I'm worried that the elastic in the neck may stretch over time and destroy the look of the top.

Cute top in a nice bright summer color.
The top fits full which is nice for summer. She wears it to school with skorts.

nice but watch out for the yellow
My daughter liked these these shirts - said they felt comfortable and soft - and that's the most important thing to me. I was relieved to find a girls' shirt that wasn't skintight. I also disagree with the previous reviewer who felt they are too short. My daughter also wears plus sizes, and there is plenty of coverage. Maybe it's because I tend to cheat up in sizes with short sleeves or because our family tends to be short-waisted, but they are definitely hip-length on my kid.
However, be wary of the yellow. I anticipated a lemon yellow, but it's actually nearly neon with an almost greenish undertone. She wanted to keep it, so it stayed, but I NEVER would have bought it if I had seen the color in person when I was picking them.

Beautiful colors
This T-Shirt is light weight and washes well. The colors are vibrant and my granddaughter said "it felt good on her skin." If you are looking for a nice T-Shirt that wears well this is a perfect choice.

Nice fit but needs to be longer
My daughter is apple shaped and needs plus sized clothing. Thank goodness that LE makes age appropriate styles in plus sizes. I count on them for virtually 100% of her clothes. This a-line shirt is perfect because it is modest with the gathering around the neck but is looser around the waist where she needs the extra room. I would have given 5 stars but they need to be longer. Please LE make kids' shirts to low hip to ensure their modesty.
