Really awesome shirt!!!
I love this shirt. I wear it everyday. Because we have a pool, I swim a lot and I can go in and out of the pool and walk around in it. I wear it with the swim shorts in pink polka dot. I am VERY sad that these shorts are no longer available in my size! PLEASE order more Land's End. Anyway, I am 11 years old, 71 lbs., 56 in. tall and I ordered the Med Slim. It runs a bit big. It is very thick and modest and doesn't feel thin when you get it wet, like the cheap ones. It dries really fast in the sun. I will definitely order it again when this one wears out because I wear it so much! Ha! My little sister, who is 2, got the same one, so we can match, she got the 2T and it is perfect. Today we ordered the shirts for my brother and other sister. You really have to buy this shirt!!!

Love the quality and protection this shirt offers
I purchased two of these rash guards after receiving one for my child a few years ago as a hand me down. The fit is perfect and the coverage offers nice protection for shoulders and neck. The quality of the construction is great and I look forward to being able to hand these down in the future!

Who "short shirted" my daughter? Not for tall girls!
These shirts are too short in length and the arms don't have good coverage due to the too "cutsie girlie" short sleeves. I had to return these and buy the boys style to get the right fit and coverage. The boys rash guard has princess seaming and adequate length and arm coverage for my tall 9 year old that the xl girls didn't meet. Lands End should make a more functional rash guard for girls and women that does what it is supposed to do. Don't "short shirt" your tall daughter, buy the boys style instead.

Do not like double layers
I don't like the fact that the swimwear has two layers, it's too thick and my daughter always gets a rash since the inside layer sticks to her skin. I wish they would make one layer swim wear.

I bought the bigger size- but it's not bigger!
This is a plus size and its no bigger than the regular size! Come on Land's End, what's going on ???

Too tight in shoulders
I ordered size M (10/12) and although the shirt looked roomy, my daughter complained that it was constricting across the shoulders. The material and color were good. We will try size large.

Worn out and shapeless
This is my second rash guard from Land's End for my youngest because she has very sensitive skin. After less than a year, both have worn thin and become stretched out and shapeless. Yes, I machine wash, but in a lingerie bag on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. We spend A LOT of time in the water during the summer and I am not going to spend my evenings washing all of my kids' swimsuits by hand. I will be looking elsewhere next summer.

Have bought these for a several years now
Thin enough not to be hot and dries fast. Does not weigh the kids down in the water.

I purchased this for my daughter to use in our backyard pool. It holds up to the daily use and is not deteriorating.
