Great, but size up
My daughter is 6 and has a narrow size 12-13 foot. I printed out the Lands End shoe guide for kids and it verified a size 12.5. So I ordered a size 1 to be safe... it was too small! Had to return for a size 2. She loves them, but now I am stuck paying $7.95 to return the first pair.

Runs small
The soles of the booties are true to size, but it was like the designer forgot that the thicker material takes up extra space. Cute booties, but I had to return. Order two sizes up!

Love, love this slipper!
I brought these slippers for my daughter and they are warm, cozy, and sturdy. This slipper is so much better than the foam sock slippers which offer no support and they flop while you walk. These slippers are better than those found at competitors and the zipper keeps the feet snug and warm. I brought two pairs for my daughter. My daughter wears a size 11 shoe and the slippers fit perfect in the same size. Land's End, please keep this great slipper in the sizes offered!

Warm, cute but runs small!
I purchased these for my almost-three-year-old. She needed slippers with good tread, that would be warm, not easy to trip in AND that she would keep on. I really looked around as I didn't want to get her something with cloth on the bottom or large figures on the toes, making it easire to trip etc.
I've never ordered slippers from Lands End before, but with the recent sale I thought I'd give these a try.
They were warm, and she loved them BUT they ran at least 2 sizes small. My daughter is a size 7.5 in stride rite shoes and I ordered a size 9 for the slippers. I couldn't get her foot in they were that small!! I wonder if I'd ordered an 11 if they would have fit....but I'm not going to pay shipping again just for a guess.
Sadly I had to return them and will be ordering from my go-to slipper store (L.L. Bean).
