Great suit, but runs very small
I bought this suit for my 18 month old granddaughter. She is wearing mostly 18 month size clothes, an average sized kid. We do indoor swim lessons year round and I was saving this suit, which I bought in a 2T, for summer. I misplaced her old suit, so dug this one out of the drawer recently only to discover that it probably would have fit her well 6 months ago. It was skin-tight and the straps, even when completely let-out, cut into her shoulders. Too bad, because it's a great suit!

Very pretty!
My eleven year old daughter likes this swimsuit just fine! She is very active, so she likes one piece swimsuits better. When I asked her to choose from Land's End store online, she selected this one, plus another similar in looks, too. When she saw it, she immediately liked it! She likes the soft colors and ruffle front. When the swimsuit arrived, she liked it more, because it is crisscrossed at the back, thus making her feel more secure when swimming.
I like this swimsuit very well, because it is well constructed, lined, and looks very nice and appropiate for my daughter's age. Just a light wash under the water faucet will do after the beach or pool. I use a bit of soap for delicate clothing, to protect better the fabric and colors. To further protect it, I handwash it and hang it to dry.
