unpleasant surprise
cute top fit as promised.
After one wash bottom layer of ruffles unraveled and fell off.
This made the top skimpier than I liked.
Very surprised. Your products are usually more durable.

Ruffle wasn't sewn correctly.
This swimsuit top is adorable and fit very well. Unfortunately, with less than a month of swimming, the bottom back ruffle came completely undone. There is no stitching at all. It was very disappointing as I always recommend Lands' End swimsuits. They have always lasted so well that my third daughter can wear her oldest sister's swimsuits four years later...not with this swimsuit.

cute style, but we need a slim option...
My very skinny 4-year old can't find a one-piece to fit (Land's End, how about "slim" sizes for little girls, too?) so we are trying some bikinis. She normally wears a size 4 slim in clothes, so I ordered a 3T of this top. Cute, well-constructed, the ruffles lie where they're supposed to, and decent coverage for a bikini...but it's too baggy by a full inch. I guess we'll try to exchange for a 2T...

Darling suit--better than the pictures
We got this top with the matching ruffled tankini bottom for our tall and solid 7 year old (4'5", 70#) and it is the cutest suit we have ever had. The colors are better in person than on the website, and she absolutely loves it. For a girl who loves fashion and girly clothes who is dying to look like a teenager, this top fits the bill completely with added "interest" of ruffles on top, she feels feminine and mature, and we like the way it covers her without sliding up, and is little girlish at the same time. We all love how the ruffles go all the way around to the back, and how the strap is adjustable, yet doesn't need to be tied every time, catching hair and coming loose like in tie halter tops. It slips over her head on the way on very easily. Perfect top for us. Thanks, Land's End.

Nice top - roomy fit
My daughter is slim, but normally the regular size one-piece suits fit her fine. This bandeau top and the matching tankini bottoms run a little roomier so I'm re-ordering in the slim.

Absolutely adorable with the skirted bottom. A little on the small side (but not nearly as small as the bottoms) It is tricky to get on so it would be better if the back could unhook.

Quality suit
Love that the material feels like it will last to lots of wearing. The band is just a little to big on my daughter (the same size bottom fit her perfect) but it doesn't matter because the neck is adjustable and holds it on just fine.

lovely!
very hard to get ordered but once it came i was very happy with what i got. it fit perfect and looked great! the top fitted perfectly but the bottoms were too small so i reordered the bottoms in the next size up. i recomend you do the same because i have a small waist in general.
