Cute, soft, and warm, but runs big My granddaughter's head measured on the short end of the scale for size medium. I had to exchange it for size small. Now it fits, and she loves wearing it! December 9, 2012
Cute hat My daughter loves the pom poms and the hat seems warm and cosy. I ordered a small and a medium though because I wasn't sure of the size. She's only 2 years old but her head is a little on the large size. The small was too small but the medium is too big but it's workable. December 8, 2012
Fluffy, warm and soft! Finally a hat that she's happy to wear and that actually covers her ears and keeps her neck and forehead warm! Other hats seemed to come off or didn't fit properly. What are you thinking, Lands' End? Actually, I love the hat itself. Very well made, and my little girl loves it. She asks to put it on every time we go outside. Would agree with other reviewers that it does seem to run a tad larger than the size chart indicates. The reason I gave the hat such a low rating: I was actually purchasing a second hat in a different color when I noticed in the description that the hat is not intended for children under the age of SIX. Why, then, is it listed in the outerwear section for 2T-4T??? The small size is just a bit big for my 2 year old (measured her head and ordered according to the size chart). Wondering how many 6 year olds out there have heads that small.... I'm not ordering a second hat as planned, and am left wondering if I should be allowing her to wear the hat we have. Great hat, but a frustrating situation! November 11, 2012
Runs big Sweet hat, love the fleece...should have ordered a medium, and returned it to exchange for medium. Looks adorable on my granddaughter! So soft. The color looks bluer on the site....is really a periwinkle, or a blue/lavender color. October 27, 2012
