This skirt fits big
I really liked the overall look and quality of this skirt, but even a size 4 runs big for my 5 year old who is quite lean, but tall. The skirt portion fits big versus the bottoms, which actually fit quite well. I will need to tuck in a little at the waist for her to be able to wear it inside the pool.

Great fit and quality!
I love Lands End swimsuits because they are very well made and true to size and some suits are available in slim and plus. My daughter loves this SwimMini!! It fits her so good and she feels real 'girly' in it.

Cute, modest and well fitting - a great swim bottom.
I bought these in a 12S and 7 reg per the sizing chart for my 2 girls to match the striped tugless tankini top. They are so cute and the fit is great. The material is high quality as well. I also purchased a matching short sleeve rashguard top for each and the set is perfect. I am so happy we ordered!

Adorable
We got the 8 Slim in plum for my slim daughter who usually wears slender 7/8s, and the fit is great. However, we probably won't get another year's wear from it because it has no room to grow. We paired it with the plum girls' solid long-sleeve mock neck rash guard, and it looks totally adorable. When the skirt flips up as she's swimming, it gives the effect of being a plum-colored 1-piece suit with decorative skirt. I will comment that the skirt is quite short--it covers her, but not by much.

Disappointed!
I have been buying this style from Land's End for years and two at a time, was very pleased with the modesty of these skirts. I am very disappointed in the length of this year's skirt! It has lost 1.5 inches from the length of the previous years! So discouraged to see their suits getting more and more immodest! We will not be buying these next year and I will be returning this.

We loved the first one so much we went back and bought another. It fits great, has nice coverage, looks cute, and holds up well. I will be buying again next year.

Material Quality did not last the summer
I bought this suit for both of my girls, an 11 year old and a 4 year old. The fit was great, but after just two months the fabric has really deteriorated. There are thin places in the material. The colors also faded and we have discolored spots (like a yellowish color). I'm really unhappy with the quality of this fabric. It happened on both girls' suits. To me, for the price of the suits, these should hold up better after just two months of summer. I'm planning to take advantage of the 100% guarantee and return these because I am not happy. It makes me sad because I usually rely on LE for high quality products, but these just didn't meet up to the usual standards.
