Daughter loves
Santa gave this to our daughter for xmas. She got it in purple. Loved it, but, to my eye it is a bit long for her. She doesn't mind. It is soft and cozy.

Gift
This is a gift so I cannot review the fit until after the recipient's birthday. The quality is excellant and they did a wonderful job on the monogram. I received the order earlier than they had anticipated. I have been searching for a site to purchase girl's clothing that is high quality and offers variety. The young girls I have bought for have outgrown Gymboree so I was excited to find Land's End!

Very easy and super cute.
This dress is wonderful for active girls. It fits well, holds up, and looks great. My 4-year old loves the ruffle on the bottom.

Beautifully soft and pretty to wear
My tall, broad and 'athletically built' six year old loves this dress, which she now has in purple and navy blue and adores wearing them on school days and weekends. I love the pretty cut of it - the puffed sleeves are such a lovely detail, and the frill around the bottom is adorable, particularly as the length is not too short. But best of all is the softness of the cotton, which is beautifully gentle on her skin and a real treat for her as she's sensitive to rough fabrics and also has a tendency to get eczema. It's fun to wear and easy to run around on gym days too. So happy with this dress - the Lands End school uniforms are the best I've ever found. Looking forward to when they're on offer!

cute but huge
We've had a similar dress in the past and loved it, but this year it seems to be very wide. My daughter is 44 inches and 42 lbs and the size 5 we had last year was very short in the sleeves, so I ordered a 6 even though she's still a little short for it. The shoulders are so wide that they hang a couple of inches below her shoulder, but the sleeves are the right length if held near her shoulder. The body is quite wide also. I wish this was offered in a slim size or that LE would bring back the ruffle bottom dress from last year.

Terrific dress
Fits just slightly on the big side. The fabric is really soft and nice. It's a wonderful dress that can be casual or dressy. The ruffle at the bottom totally makes the dress!
