What has happened to the quality? These used to be a staple for all 3 of my kids, but every year the fabric gets a little thinner and a little thinner - it's reached the point of being no heavier than a Hanes undershirt. The white is completely see-through. I only bought them to wear under uniform polos on cool days. I'm sad to say that I will no longer shop Lands End for kids shirts. We love the cute pictures, but I know we'll just be disappointed once we get it home. And I appreciate the discounts LE now offers, but I'd rather pay more and get better quality. December 2, 2012
A staple in our house This is the go=to shirt...good weight, nice fit, lots of colors. I buy this shirt is lots of colors for my daughter every year. October 15, 2012
Perfect tee shirt This cut is slimmer and fits well under other tops. It washed up great without shrinking down a whole size like some brands. Highly recommended. October 14, 2012
perfect Just a super tee with a great fit. My daughter loves it. September 29, 2012
Fabric loses softness after one wash Great shirt till I washed it. I will be returning the ones my daughter has not worn yet. August 21, 2012
Nice layering shirt I bought three of these in different colors for my 11 year-old daughter who is tall and thin. She is rather picky about how her clothing fits, but she likes these since they aren't too baggy on her. She likes to wear them underneath t-shirts, which are usually too short for her because she is over five feet tall now. These shirts are long enough for her and they wash well. I may need to get some more colors for her! February 7, 2012
Girls' Long Sleeve Feminine Fit Basic T-shirt Good quality T-shirt, but not black (I ordered black). LE has some problem with this color, I have several items, purchased at LE as black, but none of them are really black. January 7, 2012
Nice Material and fit I bought these for my daughter to fit within the school's dress code. She likes to use these as layering tees under sweaters or sweatshirts, but also wears them plain. These wash and wear very well. They are made of nice material and are not overly thin (or see-through like some other major kid's chains of clothes). My only complaint (and this is with all of the Lands End school uniform clothing), is that there is no way to determine which items are girls' and which are boys' once the tag is off. So, for example, when I put my son's and my daughter's shirts in the wash, I can't tell whose is whose (unless of course it's a pink shirt and my son definately doesn't wear pink). But they both have dark blue, light blue, and white - and they both wear the same size. There should be something in the lable that says boy's or girl's, or something recognizably different (like a different color ink for the lable, or some other symbol). This holds true for the polo shirts with the collars as well - there's no difference between boys and girls. January 9, 2011
