Just like mom's (only smaller) — this ready-for-anything coat is packed with everything she needs for snow days and ski getaways. We built each one to be the "warmest" on our exclusive temperature rating scale and made it impervious to wind and water, so she stays dry and toasty no matter which adventures she takes. What's more, we added an amazing amount of detail including our interior Stowaway Pocket for stashing hats, hand-warmer holders in the front pockets plus an MP3 player pouch with cord port (in Little Girl and Girl sizes only). And we Guarantee. Period.® her Expedition parka will last, however harsh the elements (or wear and tear). Hits below the hip. Removable faux-fur hood (dry clean only). 100% nylon shell and lining. Machine wash. Imported.

Best coat ever!
My daughter is 7 and this is the best coat by far that she has ever had! Since this was last seasons coat it was on sale plus an additional 40% discount. My daughter wasn't thrilled with the color at first because she is growing out the girly pink phase. After I told her how amazing it looked on her and explained it was coral not pink, she now loves it too!

Look No Further!! Worth Every Penny!!
This is by far the best winter jacket I have purchased for my daughter. Great fit, very warm and the grow along sleeves allows you to get one extra year out of it. I purchased a pink jacket with matching pants for my daughter when she was 4 and she is 6 now. She will get half of this winter out of it and I purchased a new purple set for when it is too small. We live in Winnipeg Manitoba and we get some really cold winters up here and this set did not disappoint! The cuffs on the sleeves keep the snow out and the cuffs on the bib pants does the same. I can't really find fault with it at all. It washes up great , and still looks like new after 2 full years of use. I plan on handing it over to a friend for her daughter to use. Worth every penny!!! The first set I purchased the jacket 50 percent off, this latest set is from the Not Quite Perfect section but I can't find what is wrong with it, and I have really looked, a great deal. Thanks Lands End!

It took us several orders and returns of cheaper jackets before I was ready to pay that much. We were looking for something warm enough for cold Upstate NY winters, the jacket that would be nice enough for school as well as suitable for skiing when temperature drops to 20 or below. This one fits the bill: not too bulky, durable fabric and cute at the same time. The only complaint is that the hood is rather tight fitting. The jacket that warm should allow for warmer hats as well. Also, the fur is attached to the hood by plastic snaps, so we are not sure how long it will last. Reagrding the fit - size M girls fits more as expected, not as huge as the other girls' down parka from LE.
