Strap broke into 2 pieces after just a couple weeks
My daughter loved the color and style of the sandals. The sole is great for playing. But, the shoes did not last more than about 3 weeks--and we hadn't got to summer and daily wear yet! The strap broke into two pieces when she was wearing the shoes. It didn't get caught or pulled on. These have some sort of design flaw. I wouldn't buy them again. They do not hold up to regular girl play.

Sadly not so sturdy
My daughter adores these and they fit well, comfy right from first wearing. But, alas, after less than a month of wear, they have already sustained a rip from the edge of the strap in to one of the stars. I'm going to exchange them because my daughter loves them and they are an okay price for a pair of sandals you keep for dressy occasions. But they're not tough enough for a summer of playing!

Strap broke in less than a month...
These sandals were comfortable and super cute for my daughter but have lasted less than a month and therefore I cannot give them a good rating. My daughter isn't rough on her sandals and was just walking when the strap broke.

strap broke after 3 wears
This sandal is comfortable and sturdy. Also quite stylish. Unfortunately, the strap closest to the toes broke after only 3 wears. Not the quality in construction as was promised. Not even close to lasting through the summer.

These sandals are perfect for school.
I purchased the sandals for my 8 year old daughter, in navy blue, and we both love them. They fit great and she feels very comfortable in them. It is the perfect sandal for school. I will purchase them in more colors.
