The fit and warmth were great.
This is a great sweater that holds up to children's roughness and repeated washings. My daughter wore it as part of a uniform for two years before outgrowing it. Color faded slightly (navy), but still retains shape. It should be ready for daughter #2.

Very good quality, warm cotton cardigan, but too big.
This is a very good quality,substantial and warm, cotton cardigan. I bought it for my 9 year old daughter. She had outgrown her previous Land's End cotton cardigan size 10-12 and so I bought the next size up, size 14. It is huge on her. It'll be another year before it fits. Nevertheless, I recommend this product due to its quality - just check the size.

heavy sweater but HUGE!!
My daughter usually wears a size 7 or 8 for tops, so I ordered the 7-8. The sweater is big enough to fit two of her! It hangs down to her knees, the arms are a foot too long, and the whole thing is huge. I recommend ordered much smaller than normal size.

A great sweater
We purchased two of these last year and they didn't shrink one bit and look new. My daughter wears them all the time because they are so warm and comfortable. They run a little large but she will be able to wear the 7/8 this winter too and she is now 9. I am ordering te 10/12 for her now and she will wear it for two years.

Excellent sweater but runs big
Excellent quality and beautiful color. I ordered it in red for my 8 year old in a size L. She normally wears a plus size and I wanted enough room. This was very big! If I didn't know better I would think it was a ladies size large! It's a nice item but I re-ordered a smaller one.

What's not too love!
My daughter loves that it zips up and she can easily put it on/off at school! It has held up very well wash after wash. Great quality that I expect from Lands' End!

Love the Lands End cable knit sweaters!!!!
I have bought a few of these sweaters in the past few years for my daughter. I always buy them a little big so they fit longer. They are very durable, comfortable, warm, attractive, and I am always able to pass them down to another child. I machine wash on a delicate cycle and even puy them in the dryer with no problem. I highly recommend this sweater and other styles also.
